Hello there, my name is kaitlyn and I am 29 years old. I have lived in the sacramento region for 10 years. I originated from a town called Sonora in the mountains by Yosemite. I’m a certified phlebotomist, was previously a LEAD preschool teacher in Roseville all of 2020 through covid, have been through medical assisting school, first responder classes, & also am CPR & first aid certified. Experience wise : Most of my experience is with infants-preschool age ranging from premature up to 3-6 yrs of age but i am also very familiar with age ranges up to 15+ years even with disabilities such as autism/Down syndrome. :) I have cared for 6 sets of twins throughout my years of nannying (most were premature, being twins, one set being 64 days premature and only weighing 1 lb 14 oz and the other twin was 2lb 7.5 oz). Such little guys! I have more infant/toddler experience than anything but i love kids of all ages as they are what keeps this world going if not with amazing talents but with smiles and laughs that even a cold soul couldn't help but smile at. Hello, my name is Katherina Oleynichenko. I finished Sacramento City College studying Early Childhood Education and finished Sacramento State University this past semester Spring 2025 in Child Development with a minor in Deaf studies. In my professional experience, I have babysat toddlers through kindergarten-aged children at my church on Thursday night every other week for the past two years. My goal was to make sure all the children would play nice, eat and enjoy their snacks, and leave the center with a smile on their faces. At my church, I also participated as a lead counselor and supervisor of children in a program called Vacation Bible School which occurs every summer as a day camp for children ages 4-10. Through Vacation Bible school, I not only supervised children but made sure all were happy, entertained, and fed, as we also had snacks throughout the day and you know what happens when a child does not eat, they are cranky. Another professional experience that I am currently a member of is Awana Clubs, which is ages from 4-6 and 7-12. I volunteer as the main coordinator and also a crew leader which oversees the children and their behavior. I practice Bible verses with them, participate in sports activities, and share lots of hugs. I also have experience with infants and pre-toddlers. I was the main babysitter for 4 years while my own little brother was growing up and I have learned what it means to have a crucial bedtime/daytime schedule for infants, from nap time to food breaks and how much attention infants and little babies need and crying is their main source of disagreement but should not be their main source of communication and smiling is better. Some skills that I have gained over the years are good time management and patience with children. Children want your undivided attention and unconditional affection and as an adult or babysitter, my goal is to provide that environment while also supporting their growth into future young adults. Hi! I am a part-time graduate student working as a nanny/babysitter on the side. I have over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. Babysitting experience: I have taken care of children ages 2 months to 14 years, up to 4 children at a time. I am comfortable with overnights after getting to know a family first. Nanny experience: I have 2.5 years total experience working as a full time nanny. I spent one year in Chicago splitting my time between two families with complimentary schedules. The first had children ages 1.5 yrs and 4 yrs. The second had children ages 2, 6, and 9. I started nannying in Sacramento with a series of temporary/short-term jobs totalling 6 months of experience.
