Prior to this I've had a lifelong career with children either as a private Nanny or in my Home Licensed Daycare. I've had the pleasure of providing childcare/family assistant services for many families. I am experienced with infants through teenagers. I am the mother of two grown daughters and now four grandchildren!. I have held all type of positions, from full-time infant care to multiple sibling care with school transportation to household management. I have also provided nanny services for extended periods, while the parents were out of town for work/vacation. I strive to provide quality care and I have always been complimented. I am honest, reliable and trustworthy. I am currently available on an as needed bases, but I am seeking a permanent position of at least 6 months for 3 days per week. $25.00 - $30.00 depending on your needs and if household duties are involved. Sorry, I do not provide pet care. Prefer no pets but no aggressive pets at all. Not comfortable with large dogs while I'm there.

Hello! I have enjoyed babysitting, nannying, caregiving, and mothering over the course of most of my life. I began as a teen in my neighborhood and continued caring for children part-time while in college and working other jobs, right up until I had children of my own. I have babysat for many families over the years - for kids of all ages. I absolutely adore not only taking care of kids but being able to provide them with a nurturing, interactive, safe yet fun environment. Most recently, I was a part-time nanny for a sweet one-year-old girl and took care of her three days a week. In addition to making sure she was well-taken care, I helped out with housework such as cooking, cleaning/tidying, organizing, laundry and more. After returning from the Peace Corps, I found myself back in Los Angeles where I started to teach again at a private preschool in West LA. It was a wonderful opportunity where I was able to plan and prepare incredible, creative lessons for my students. A little more about who I am - my passions include yoga, Ayurvedic medicine, herbalism and cooking. I'm also working on starting a small business so saving up for that. While I do not have any of my own children yet, I I absolutely love spending time with kids and truly enjoy encouraging them to embrace life to the fullest. I have had the joy of being a nanny/babysitter for the last 4 years. During my time in childcare, I have cared for a variety of age groups, with a specialty in toddler care. I have been told that I am very warm and interactive with kids. Even the most shy children will be curious about playing with me! They were small and short times shifts, mostly dinner dates , covering parents appointments. Once I turned 16, I would work higher paying and longer jobs.
