Ryan was our nanny for about a year to my 4 year old and 2 year old daughters. From the very beginning, she made a concerted effort to connect with my girls. She was always down on the floor playing with them, talking with them, and reading to them. She would encourage imaginative play but they also spent time learning things like numbers, letters, animals, etc. She would often take them outside or to the park to play and explore. She made them meals and she would make note of their likes and dislikes but she would also try to get them to try new things as well. Ryan has a very warm and loving way about her and she is very kind and nurturing. She is also tons of fun. My girls were always sad when it was time for her to go home. She is also very responsible. I never worried about them because I knew they were safe and well cared for. She wasn’t just my girls nanny, she was almost like a second mother. She loved them just as much as they loved her. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a safe, loving, fun place to leave his or her child.
