I am a fun, responsible, energetic 27-year-old. I completed my MFA in Creative Writing at NYU last May. I have been babysitting for nearly 14 years, and I also have 4 younger siblings and worked as a camp counselor for 2 summers, so I know the ropes with kids! I have experience with all age groups, from newborns to teenagers, and am comfortable sitting for up to 4 kids at a time. I love going on outings, playing outside, reading, and doing crafts/activities with kids; I feel strongly that activity and creativity are very important to kids' well-being. I'm not a strict disciplinarian by any means, but I understand rules, so if you have any house rules--no/limited TV, no sweets, etc.--I'd be happy to see that the kids follow them.
I truly do love children and being around them, and I'm excited about the opportunity to care for yours. Please contact my references with any questions or concerns. Thanks!
