Hello! A little about me - My name is Joanna, I’m currently a part time student at DVC. I’m CPR certified and I have a BLS. I have experience with children with disabilities. Since the age of 17 I have worked with children on the side as a nanny. I’m now 25 and between those years I’ve worked with many different families. I used to be a certified nursing assistant but decided to do something I really enjoyed which was working with children. That is when I became a 1:1 aid at a school. I enjoy working with children the most because they’re always such happy souls. Im very loving and caring for others and I tend to be silly a lot when I’m around kids. Working at the school is part-time with little hours which is why I’d love to continue being a nanny for the right family. I like to be punctual and attentive. I’m a very fast learner. I like to make arts and crafts, play board games, read, and enjoy nature. I’m able to help with homework and light house duties if needed. Your children are guaranteed to be in good hands with me! :)

Hello! My name is Violet, and I have 8 years of childcare experience. I have been a nanny exclusively for about 4 years and have cared for kids of all ages, although my "specialty" is with younger ones! I love caring for infants, as I am currently working as a Postnatal Care Specialist, where I take care of newborns and freshly postpartum families. I have future goals of becoming an ultrasound technician. I show up every day with an open mind, empathy, patience, and a smile. I love to connect with everyone in the family. I also know a lot of baby sign because I am learning ASL, which can really help those younger ones greatly with their language skills!

Wendy worked full time for my family for 1 month this fall while we were in need of extra help. She is a lovely person who was eager to do a good job & was flexible to my family’s needs. Her responsibilities were: playing & watching my 3.5 year old son, feeding/burping my 4 month old daughter, changing diapers, stroller walks, washing bottles, preparing small children’s meals for my son, cleaning up toys, organizing toys, washing drying folding and putting away laundry, bathing & doing the nighttime routine for my son. Some of her strengths include: sweet & easygoing, trustworthy, energy to run around with toddler, flexible schedule, eager to do whatever is needed to make your life easier (offered to return packages for me & drive me places if needed). She has her drivers license & has a lot of experience driving + was willing to keep a car seat in her car for our son. Any family would be lucky to have her!

I have 21 years of experience in babysitting children from babies to toddlers. I decided to became a babysitter because I like to teach children and play with them in order to help them transition and grow in life. I am bilingual and have taught and helped out several children I have taken care of with Spanish. I am CPR certified and have plenty of good references. I'm a mother of three so I just love children of all ages, but especially babies.

If I could give Elisa 6 stars, I would! I am so happy she has been part of our family's life for so long. She started watching my daughter and my niece when they were ~7 months old and watched them until they went to daycare around 2.5 (and then she watched my nephew until he went to daycare!). Because we were working from home for much of it, we got to see her "in action". She is kind, patient, communicative, and her genuine love for spending time with kids shines through every interaction. She plays, reads, sings, and talks to the kids constantly - all three kids started talking very well very early and I have no doubt she was part of that!! When she started watching the girls, it was early COVID and she was incredibly conscious and safe. When it started to become ease up a bit, she would take the girls (and later my nephew) on outings every day to various parks, sing alongs, etc, keeping them entertained and engaged. She's also never on her phone and doesnt use screens around the kids. My daughter still asks for her to babysit! I love Elisa and wholeheartedly recommend her - she's a treasure and any family would be lucky to have her!

Hi, my name is Alicia Gonzalez, and I’m excited to introduce myself and express my interest in babysitting. I’m a 24-year-old college student majoring in Sports Management. I worked at an elementary school as an after-school teacher for 3yrs, and I have over six years of experience working with children. I truly enjoy working with kids and love being part of their learning and growth. In addition to my school role, I also work as a soccer and baseball coach here in San Francisco, which has been incredibly rewarding. During high school, I had the opportunity to be a cabin leader, which further strengthened my passion for working with children. Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer and baseball, spending time with pets, and going on hikes. I’m responsible, energetic, and genuinely love creating a fun, safe, and positive environment for kids. I would love the opportunity to support your family and care for your children!

Hello! My name is Jaidy and I am 24 years old. I am a fresh and didactic mind for children. I have 9 years years of experience. I started this magnificent love for taking care of children since I was 15years old, it all started with the daughter of my neighbor doctor who had to leave me her baby since she was 3 months old and from there I began to take care of more and more children, the last time I took care of children was in October since I had to leave my family of a single mother and two girls, one 6 years old and the other 14 years old, I had to leave them because my residence came out and I had to move to this country. I AM VERY GOOD IN THE KITCHEN! I love cooking so that will not be a problem if you need me to cook for you, clean houses, wash clothes and everything that has to do with care and attention for the home. Just as I have thousands of positive attitudes, I have only one defect and that is that I currently do not speak English fluently, I know that I can manage to understand 20% but it is very difficult for me at the moment to be able to speak it. I am currently specializing in childcare, my part-time job is to be a teacher's assistant in an educational center for children, I am taking classes, I have the first aid course. I hope I can meet you soon ♥️

Hi! I'm a 40-something, fully vaccinated, CPR certified, college graduate (UVM) looking for babysitting work. I'm looking to babysit because I'm amidst a career change and grad school and I need something flexible. A little about my experience: I have babysat and nannied since I was 13 years old. In Burlington, VT I nannied for 4 years for a family with 2 children, a 2-year old girl and a 7-year old boy. After college, I nannied for 2 years for a family in Fairfield, CT (where I'm from) with 2 children, a 3-year old daughter and a 6-year old son. Recently, I have babysat occasionally for a couple children and also have taken care of my 3-year old niece. In addition to those examples, I come from a big family so I have a lot of experience with children of all ages and needs. I'm flexible with duties and schedules, have my own car and am able to help with homework, sports, play dates, cooking, light housekeeping, errands, pets, etc. I've been told I'm good with kids and I certainly do love them. I wasn't able to have children myself so babysitting is the perfect way for me to connect with children and help the community out. Thanks for reading my profile. I look forward to hearing from you!

We call her visits playdates, even though she is actually babysitting. She is great at playing and making sure our toddler is enthused during their time together. She has been flexible and tries to be helpful to us. She keeps our kid stimulated and interacts with her naturally. She has been very helpful to us!

Hello! I'm a dedicated childcare provider with over 25 years of paid experience, specializing in infant care and children from first grade and up. As a mother to a wonderful 20-year-old daughter, I understand firsthand the trust parents place in caregivers, and now that my own child is grown, I'm excited to share my passion for nurturing young minds. My previous family trusted me for 16 wonderful years until their children outgrew needing care, which speaks to my reliability and the meaningful relationships I build with families. I'm comfortable with all aspects of infant care including feeding, diaper changes, and sleep routines, and I love engaging elementary-age children with homework help and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and creativity. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure and happy while maintaining open communication with parents about their child's day. My extensive experience means I can handle any situation with confidence and calm, and I'm committed to respecting each family's unique parenting style and household rules. I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your family's needs and would love the opportunity to meet you and discuss how I can support your childcare needs. References available upon request.
