My experiences with children have been phenomenal during the past 12 years of caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, and elementary aged children. I have provided child care for 5 families in the past from 1 to 2 years each. My role as a Nanny included bathing, feeding, massaging, doing laundry, entertaining and taking the children out to places such as; parks, museums, play places if preferred by the parents. My care-related job also included teaching such as; reading, singing, and encouraging them to learn from a young age. The care that I provided was based on the children's needs mainly. My interest in children have become more and more focused on how to properly care, nurture and discipline them as a mother as to how my mother raised my two sisters and I. I have great confidence in what I do for children as far as their development and utilizing Read more my techniques and skills to properly nurture and care for them. From the moment a child is conceived to the moment they are brought into this world is an essential phase of their life's new beginning. Therefore, I believe it is very important to carry on that beginning and to help them develop and grow into the individuals they are destined to be by raising them in a strong and sensible matter. Our children are our hope and future for the generations to come and we need to embrace that. Thank you for reading my profile and I hope to help any parents that would like for me to be apart of their children's developing lives.

I just had to write a review. I saw a very unfair assessment of Michell's abilities and experience. And I wanted to post my experience with her. She worked for us for about a year and watched my son from 2.5 month to a year. My son never was hungry, never had diaper rush, was smiling and happy to see Michelle. She taught him to speak at 10 month. Was talking and playing with him a lot. Her focus was on him 100% of the time. I would recommend her.

I wish there was a no star option. Firstly, she claims to have 12 year experience but when you ask for reference numbers she won't give you any. Nor she has a resume. We hired her believing her sugarcoated words during the interview only to realize later that she was unable to handle my new born baby. She didn't even know the basic rule that the baby had to be supported at the neck while lifting. When we had her bottle feed the baby she would rub the bottle nipple on the gums of the baby's mouth to have her open her gentle lips. She could have just tapped on the upper lip instead of brushing her with the nipple. Lastly, if you are not around she will make the baby sit on her lap. Imagine putting a 2 week old baby to sitting position!! And yes, if you express the concerns regarding the mishandling of the baby, she would quit the job without saying a word upfront and later texts a big message saying her confidence is broken, She feels uncomfortable if someone points out her mistake. If you hire her be prepared to give your LO to an inexperienced nanny. And please don't give instructions to her since she feels she is just following your orders. She thinks she is being paid to show her skills. Believe me, She said she wants to show her skills and as 'first time parents' we are not allowing her to do that. I regret giving my little one to an arrogant and unfit nanny. I had a terrible experience with her.

Michelle came over to babysit our son last weekend and did a great job. She responded quickly to our post, was punctual the night she came to babysit and our son had a great time with her! We will definitely call her again when we need a sitter next time! Thanks Michelle!
