We highly recommend Mariana. She watched our infant for several weeks, including with naps and sleep training, feeding, playtime, and stroller walks around the neighborhood. She was punctual, attentive, friendly, and really cared about our child's development and well-being. Mariana suggested helpful changes to us for the daily schedule as she saw needs change. We really valued her experience with small children, and we would happily have Mariana back any time.

Hi, I lead a life focused on creating a positive atmosphere for both myself and those around me. I would consider myself reserved, yet in the right environment my bubbly side shines through. I would consider myself a busy body so schedules and organization have always been a big part of my life. I love to clean and in most cases find it relaxing. Thanks to my mom I love to cook and have a lot of experiences with easy meals that are super delicious. I have a lot of experience working with kids and find that they bring out the bubbly side in me the most. I have experience working as an intern at Pilgrims Preschool from 2018 to 2019. From this, I was able to learn fun activities and the proper ways to teach children from ages 2-4. From 2014-2020 I also volunteered in my church nursery, working with kids ages 0 to 2. I believe teaching and playing through art and nature is a major step in the personal growth of children! During my first nanny job I was responsible for caring for a 1yr old, 3 yr old and 5yr old. I was responsible for getting them dressed and cooking breakfast in the morning. I would then pack snacks and the diaper bag for the days adventure. After the park I cooked lunch and nap time started. During nap time I would clean and do laundry as well as organize anything the parents needed me to. I was also responsible for organizing the children’s schedule as well as looking after the children’s fabulous 99yr old great grandmother. More recently I worked for a 18month and 3yr old (now 3 and 5) and I was their nanny for a year till I started my college journey but I still babysit them frequently and consider them family! My last nanny job was for 8month old twins (now 22 months) and I was with them for over a year part time but I am now moving and I will miss them so much! Over all as a nanny my goal is to make the children happy and the parents lives easier so that they can spend the most time with their kids once I leave. Only the best to come, Olivia

Olivia is a bright light! Very engaging with my 13 month old as well as super responsible, thoughtful, and caring. She's incredibly hard working and has essentially become my right hand in running the household in all daily chores.

Seeking Nannywork &/or Babysitting. I believe in learning through play. I organized first Art Program for Homeschoolers in Northwestern Oklahoma, was Head Potter at Leonardo's Children's Museum, & have taught Music & Art for over 20 years, & Astronomy & Etiquette. Due to Allergies (mammalian), a Vegetarian, Peskitarian, or Vegan Family would be ideal. I am a Christian & accepting of other cultures & religions. Religion in general, was one of my minors in college. I received the best of 2015 & 2016 Piano Instructor award, & received featured Business Spotlight, La Mesa, California, through Thumbtack. I have Passport & PassCard. Will consider travel. Parents are responsible for transport, travel, travel insurance (when necessary), costs, activity expenses, & child-related activity costs or other child related expenses. Piano &/or Art Lessons, are roughly $40-$60, all supplies included. Sickness Policy: Typically. I will not care for sick children. However, It depends on what they have. As someone who has kids at home & works with other families, I don't want to risk getting them sick. If it's contagious, I leave it to the parents to be parents & I stay home to avoid spreading it from one household to the other. Just like if my kids at home were sick, I wouldn't take their germs to work with me. If it isn't contagious, then I stick to whatever needs to be done: medicine, cuddling & fluids. My favorite sports are: Baseball, Basketball, Bowling, Dance (Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballroom), Fishing, Hula-hooping, Jump Rope, kickball, Roller Skating, Swimming, Tennis, Twirling, Yoga. When necessary, I can pick or disable most bedroom or bathroom locks. I’ve also completed basic self-defense, gun safety, conceal & carry classes within State of Oklahoma. Some of my favorite activities: Astronomy, Aquarium, Visiting Museums, Travel, Reading, Sewing and Design, Building things (remodeling, basic carpentry, fix-it, models or miniatures such as cars/ houses/ airplane's), Music and Art, Classic Cars, Agriculture, Movies. Favorite Games: Cards, Chinese Checker's, Monopoly, Checker's, Domino's, Hopscotch, Marbles, Jacks, Jinga, Tetris, Castlevanis, freeze tag, tether ball.

Violet was excellent with my son. She helped me out when I was traveling for work in San Diego. This meant that she had to meet my son very quickly and figure out what would make him happy. She did all of that during my work trip, to the point where when he woke up the next day, he was asking for her and her toys. Overall, she was great, she communicated, shared her location, and talked about what my and my son’s needs were, and planned for any potential back ups. She also came with her own toys and supplies. She was clearly very experienced with kids at many ages and again, very quickly integrated with our family and made my whole trip possible.

Hello Parents, Im Lisa, a 52 year old energetic responsible and mature woman with a background check. I'm drug, Alcohol & smoke free. I have a truck, car, car seat, clean driver's license and full insurance. I've been babysitting since I was 12 years old which gives me 34 years of experience. I also pet sit so if you are out of town I can watch your furry baby's too. Other experience; premie babies, 4 days old babies, LOTS of twins and a 3 year old triplets, children with autism, ADHD, Asperger, Down syndrome, asthma and special diets such as gluten-free & dairy free. -2019 I was caring for twin girls since they were 4 months old 2 days a week until they were a year old. - 7/2011 - 7/2017 I was watching Kai from 13 months old till 7. Kai has Autism, delayed walking & speech, many food allergies and some behavioral issues. I watched Kai for an occasional date night & then every Sunday. On Sunday's I picked him up at 8 am at his house in La Jolla. I then drove him to Poway for a soccer class followed by breakfast at a local restaurant. Afterwards we would go to a local park/library/zoo/sea world/movie during the middle of the day. At 3 I would drive him to his 3:30 therapy horseback riding where his parents pick him up at 4. Kai would also sleep over at my home 1 night every couple of months so his parents can have a night away. Kai is gluten free & dairy free so I can follow a stick food program. I also house sit & dog sat when they went out of town. Sadly after watching Kai for 6 years he has moved out of state on July 2016 to be closer to his grandparents. 2- 2009-2018 Samantha age 12 and Stephanie is 9 years old. I had been watching the girls since they were 3 years old and 4 months old. I saw this family about once every other month. 3- 2015 - 2018; I had been watching Sam since he was 4 months old and he is now 3 years old . I saw this family every other month. This is a VERY small part of my babysitting history. If you have any other questions feel free to ask me. Thank you very much for considering me, Lisa

I highly recommend Lisa as a babysitter - she sat for our one year old son and did an amazing job. Lisa chatted with me on the phone prior to the job, and talked me through her extensive experience. This was our first time leaving or son with a sitter, and Lisa made us feel extremely comfortable. She arrived early, spent time understanding his bedtime routine, and made it clear we could check in as much as we wanted. When we left she provided proactive updates, and we also decided to stay out later than we had originally intended, which Lisa was happy to accommodate. Overall, we highly recommend Lisa!

Pietra watched our two little boys (3 & 1) for a long date night. She made us feel incredibly comfortable from the start and the boys warmed up to her instantly. It was clear she had a lot of experience in working with younger kids and knew how to keep them engaged (and well behaved). She did an excellent job getting them fed, bathed, and off to bed on time. Our oldest was so comfortable with her that he fell asleep on her lap on the couch. Pietra went above and beyond to make sure the house was cleaned up, too. We'll 100% use her again. Thank you!

I am now available most days, nights or overnights! Either full (5 days/nights) or part time (1,2, or 3 days/nights) per week. I am used to working long hours, as most of my jobs have been for families within the medical community. In the meantime, I am also available for evening, your date nights, or overnights should you need a weekend away. Whatever your schedule is, please ask me, I may be able to help you, or work something out on a temporary basis. I graduated from C.E.R.T. (community emergency response team) Academy, taught by San Diego Fire-Rescue Dept. I am happy to be of service to my community in case of a disaster or terrorist attack. I have all three CPR certificates for infant, child, and adult. My first aid training exceeds that of the general public. I love babies/kids of all ages and they love me! I appreciate the hard work and sacrifice of our military families and I give military family discounts! If your child has any special needs, such as medical or behavioral, I may charge a little more. You may contact me by text message or calling. Please leave a message with your name, number, area you live in, and the times and date you are looking for a sitter and I will be happy to return your call as soon as I am able. Thank you!

We reached out Riley for a last minute request to babysit our 18 month old daughter. Riley arrived on time and immediately connected with our daughter. She played with our daughter throughout the day, helped feed her, and kept her entertained. We had a really great experience with Riley and we highly recommend her to other parents. We look forward to inviting her back in the future.

As first time parents, hiring someone to take care of our 6 months old son was stressful. From our first phone call with Flavia, we knew she was a kind, honest, and hard working person. Meeting in person only confirmed what we already knew from speaking on the phone. Flavia treated our son like her own and was always open to communication, discussing anything with us first that she wasn't sure about. She was punctual, always kept our son entertained (no screen time and got down on the floor with him), helped with development milestones, and respected our son and us as parents. We highly recommend Flavia to take care of their little one. Thank you!

I love kids! And they love me, too! I have had 12 years of paid experience as a babysitter/nanny. I have taught both preschool and piano lessons, tutored at Kumon for 2 years, and have been in charge of kids of all ages, including babies! I am comfortable with multiples - I actually prefer having more than one kiddo running around. My experience at the preschool has given me insight child development and all that comes with it. I love helping children to learn and I am careful to mark milestones. I would love to talk to you about your child/children and what you might have in store for me as their future nanny. :)

I have 36 years experience. Both hands on and educational ( AA in Early Childhood) . Certificates in Early Childhood education. I am originally from the East Coast but also have lived in Southern California. My favorite thing about being a Nanny is contributing to the development of the child. Continuity of care is the most important gift you can give to a child. That means a person in your home who loves on your child, along with teaching age appropriate activities. Challenging both the mind and the body. Love starting with newborns and watching them grow. Seeing how the hours of reading and talking to the child. Then creates a child who is advanced in language. Along with singing and explaining there worlds around them. In addition to taking full advantage of S. Diego's weather and being outside as much as possible to strengthen their gross motor skills. Along with self esteem building. Having them assist you in early stages of cooking. When a child feels good about themselves. Their confidence spills over in everything they attempt and then accomplish. Love to see them accomplish a once challenging task. It is a great advantage to have a Nanny in the home for when a child does get his/her first cold, or new tooth. Have the Nanny be there for them. In addition taking care of the parents and home needs gives parents peace of mind. So they can go out into the world in their professions. I enjoy cooking, laundry, teaching your child to walk, swim, paint, draw, lots of other arts and craft activities. Most of all building a strong foundation of security. I am Trustlined Certified. C.P.R & First aid certified. Covid vaccine & boosters. T.B. test negative. Liberal minded Nanny looking for families who have same views. I am trying to create a great Citizen within your child.
