Hello, my name is Alex, and I am a fun-loving caregiver with 8 years of experience across all age groups. I have a very flexible schedule, and I can often work last minute if needed! I recently concluded nannying for 3 wonderful siblings aged 3, 6, and 8, and I have two younger brothers whom I babysat for years, alongside various other preschool, elementary, and middle school-aged children. I have a BA in psychology and was fortunate to learn a great deal about child development during my education; I am currently completing a master's in Counseling Psychology to become a marriage and family therapist. I love art, music, and sports, so I can help keep your youngster entertained! I am also an experienced cook and am happy to take on household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, transportation, and animal care. I can also help with bedtime routines and stay late or overnight if needed. Whether you are looking for occasional or long-term care, I look forward to hearing from you!

Having Alex as part of our family in the spring was wonderful. She provided both nanny and babysitting services for our 3 and 6 year old boys. She helped keep the house tidy, drove my boys to activities, and made sure they were entertained, off the screens, and in bed when they were supposed to be.

We’ve been working closely with Gaby for about a year. Hire her!!!! She is the sweetest, best babysitter we have ever had. She is always on time, respectful, enthusiastic, hard working and kind. She puts her heart into her work and our girls (3 and 9) absolutely adore her. As someone who can be critical when people have a poor work ethic, are late or apathetic, Gaby is the opposite. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend her.

Over 10 years of experience working with infants and young children. I have a Master's degree in eLearning education, a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) Certification, Certificate of Clearance from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, Infant / Child CPR, Associate Preschool Teacher Certification, and more. I have familiarity with various teaching styles including Reggio Emilia and Montessori. Finding the right fit with a family who values safety, embracing teaching moments, leading with kindness, love, and patience, is most important in my job search. At this time, (4/19/2026) I will consider live-in, part-time, or full-time positions. Thank you!

Nanette is the best sitter we've ever had!! She is the only person outside of my family that I have felt 100% comfortable leaving my daughter with. She always knows what to do and you can tell that she's a great mom, which is very important in my opinion! Nanette also looks after our dog when we're out of town, and every time she comes to pick her up, our dog gets overly excited. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nanette to anyone!

Hi there! My name is Ashley! I am looking to work with a wonderful family and be a great addition to the team! I am a mother myself to a 12 year old, and I know it really does take a village and teamwork when it comes to raising a child. As long as I can remember I have always had a strong passion to work with children. Through the years I have worked as a nanny, baby sitter, postpartum doula, and teacher. All of these experiences have brought me so much joy. I have also taken Early Childhood Education college courses, and like to apply my knowledge when working with children. I truly enjoy working with children and being a positive part of their upbringing/development. A few words my friends, family, and coworkers would use to describe me are loving, caring, nurturing, friendly, outgoing, and hardworking. I hope to be of help to a family soon! I look forward to connecting with you!

Initially I struggled with admitting that I would need help as a first time mom because I have such a strong type A personality but I’m happy to say I made an inquiry that turned into much more than I expected. Meeting Ashley felt very familiar to me which in turn made it easier to ask those first time mom questions. No question felt dumb to ask and answers came with facts and demonstrations. We worked on swaddling techniques, bathing as I was very uncomfortable with due to my baby being so small and also worked on different burping techniques. Ashley connected well with my baby Ryan, and while she cared for him to give me time to rest I often found her reading, working on tracking exercises and giving good snuggles when I returned. Her care also extended to me. She often made nutritious breakfast like avocado toast, fruit and tea. When I wanted to try to increase my milk supply oatmeal and a lot of snacks were on the list to eat when pumping. I greatly enjoyed and appreciated Ashley’s help and care as my postpartum doula, so much so I decided to also hire her as my baby’s nanny after the initial postpartum period. She has cared for my baby following the way I would which makes it easy for him to adjust. She sings to him, reads to him, and takes him on walks. She feeds, changes, bathes him, and puts extra care into always ensuring the baby’s belongings and area are clean and tidy. This is just to name a few things. With her I have found ease leaving him in the care of someone else which in turn allows for me to have time for myself, recharge, and return to love on my baby. Ultimately I highly recommend Ashley for any Doula and/or Nanny care service!

I have 4 kids but now they are all teenagers. I love kids I wish I had more. ☺️ So since I’ve and have the patience for them I would love to work doing something I enjoy. I also love teaching I wanted to be a teacher one day. I consider myself easy going and fun. I treat kids as if they were my own because they are our future. Love and happiness is what we need in this world.

Karina is one of the most talented care givers we have met! She is kind and attentive, listens well to parents and little kids, and is honest and trustworthy. Our daughter has some special needs, and Karina is absolutely wonderful with her, praising her for what she does, encouraging her, and motivating her. She helps her do gross motor movement like a PT, engage in play like an OT, and reads and interacts like a teacher. She is also very good at cleaning and organizing, and she can make a delicious smoothie, but her joy is in building relationships with kids. Simply put, she’s the best! Give her a chance with your little one(s)—you will be glad you did!

Hello I'm Camilla, I am not your average nanny. I am a nurturing musical nanny who prioritizes safety and communication with parents. When it comes to infants, I provide helpful tips for first time parents, from baby proofing to using music from the newborn stage to support comfort, learning, and early development. Research and KTLA News have shown how infants respond to music and its benefits for early brain activity, attention, and engagement. I have seen first hand how, right before my eyes, music promotes early speech and curiosity. Infants often sing or vocalize along with music before they can fully articulate words, helping them connect sounds to language and tasks, even venturing into math. As a responsive and listening nanny, I have great success communicating with toddlers. I anticipate outcomes and help them navigate moments of frustration. As early as nine months, I teach rhythm, movement, rhyming, and how syllables connect in children as young as two. These patterns support early reading skills and encourage critical thinking. With a background in nursing and music, it is incredibly rewarding to see babies recognize my songs, then hear toddlers sing them and become engaged when I read to them. In my spare time I enjoy writing stories and composing songs that support developmental milestones. Music is one of my tools to soothe and stimulate infants while helping toddlers and young children navigate boundaries, new skills, potty training, and challenging moments. I compose songs that meet children's needs, bring enjoyment, and promote self esteem while encouraging them to keep trying. I also apply principles from Music Therapy and Occupational Therapy to support learning and development. Including children's individual interests helps build strong connections and spark curiosity. I am confident providing homework support and engaging children in creative arts activities. I bring a strong work ethic and can be counted on to be reliable and dedicated. I studied Music at UCLA and have a passion for teaching. I promote healthy snacks, stay up to date on vaccinations, and follow hygiene guidelines. I am available full or part time, for date nights, and as a mothers helper. I am comfortable around pets and have plenty of energy to keep up with growing little ones. Thank you for reading.

Jessica is fantastic. She’s always on time and has been available even with short notice, which we really appreciate. My daughter felt comfortable with her immediately, even though Jessica was the first person outside our family to care for her. She has such a calm, reassuring energy and a very poised personality. I would definitely work with her again.

Hello, Ashley here! I'm an all around fun and energetic person. I love spending time with children and do a great job of splitting time between play, structure and learning. I have the best time getting creative with the kids and playing imaginative games. I studied child development in college and have several years experience as a babysitter. Some of my favorite play mates include my 4 year old niece, 6 year old sister and 12 year old nephew. I love being outdoors, playing music (singing and dancing) and crafts so I'm always up for similar activities with the kids. I'm a certified yoga instructor and enjoy staying active. Working with me smiles are guaranteed!

Not enough good things can be said about Ashley. She has been with us for over three years, helping care and raise our three children (ages 6, 3.5, and 6 months). She has been patient, caring, understanding, and willing to get down to our kids level to find their needs and wants. This has been a major factor into why we were so happy she was part of our “team”. An average day for her would be from 7 AM – 4 PM (sometimes later) and would include: -Helping our eldest get ready for school and making breakfast for our two younger children. She has been willing to transport and pick up our eldest from school as well. -Change diapers and get dressed for the day. -Supervising/playing/entertaining the children. This includes taking them to the park and library, playing outside in the backyard/pool, making arts and crafts, reading books, and helping with nap time (usually with a walk in the afternoon). -Making lunch and snacks for them, including feeding the baby. -Prep them for afternoon activities such as dance class and day care. -Prior to leaving for the day, she communicates the positives and the negatives that happened in the day. We discuss what happened and how we think we can encourage or improve good behaviors. Ashley has great points of views and recommendations to help our kids thrive. - Ashley has even taken the kids on special trips for the day such as Disneyland and the Aquarium. Our 6 year old has special needs and is non-verbal. Ashley constantly observed and met him on his level, which has helped him in communication and dexterity skills. She can easily identify his cues for hunger, happiness, frustration, and so much more. Because of this, she has encouraged him to sign his wants and has even been able to get him to verbally say a word or two. On her off days on the weekend, Ashley has even come to his baseball games to cheer him and his team on. Our 3.5 year old is a firecracker who knows no bound of energy until she hits the “wall”. Ashley has given direction for that energy with indoor and outside play, which helps her transition to calm indoor play. When it came time for potty training, Ashley jumped on board with the game plan, and now our girl is a “big girl”. Our 6 month old is our curious one who is starting to become mobile. Ashley came to visit us at the hospital with our newborn and it felt like there was an instant connection. There are few adults our baby will go to, but Ashley is one of them (which speaks high volumes in itself). She feeds, comforts, and plays with the baby all while taking care of our other two. The time came where we wanted to take a more active role for our children. It sadden us to have to part with Ashley. We could not have picked a better person to help raise our kids.

I’m an experienced nanny, educator, and mother serving families throughout the South Bay and Los Angeles. I currently work as a TK Instructional Aide in Hermosa Beach while completing my Early Childhood Education coursework and pursuing my California teaching credential. I hold a B.A. in Developmental Psychology from UCSB and have worked with children for over 15 years in a variety of roles, including nannying, live-in au pair work, tutoring, classroom support, mother’s helper positions, and household assistance. My experience ranges from infants and toddlers to elementary-aged children, including children with learning differences special needs. I provide warm, reliable, and developmentally appropriate care focused on helping children feel safe, supported, and engaged. For younger children, I focus on responsive caregiving, routines, language development, and play-based learning. In addition to childcare, I’m happy to assist with light household tasks, home organization, errands, meal prep, pet care, and helping keep the home running smoothly. I have dependable transportation, am pet-friendly, and can provide excellent references. I’m currently seeking a consistent weekday position, ideally between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
