Hello! My name is Charlotte and I am a skilled childcare worker with 2 years of full time childcare experience through working 7 summers as a youth sailing instructor. There I taught children ages 5-7 and 8-18 sailing skills by creating an adventurous, educational, and safe learning environment. I have been a nanny/babysitter for newborns, infants, toddlers, preschool age and elementary school age children for more than a decade. I have multiple experience. I love taking car of children because they remind me of my experience raising my grandsons from birth to school age. My nanny/babysitter job started when my first grandson was born. I retired early from my role as a Payroll Analyst at UCLA Medical Center Financial Services to care for my grandsons (now 9 and 11) when they were born.
