Hello, I am Belle! I am a professional Special EducationTeacher. I have several Associate degrees and a dual BS at Grand Canyon University for Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education. I am in the midst of my MAE program through Alliant International University. I would love to find a PT position caring for and/or teaching children. I am open to being considered for backup care. I can also cook and perform light housekeeping duties for the children. I need to update my CPR, AED, and 1st Aid certification for infants, children, and adults. My vaccinations are current and I also have excellent references and reviews. Currently, I am an Education Specialist for a school district around the Sacramento area, but I do live in Idaho and go home on every school break/holiday. I am here to be close by my 93 year old grandmother. I will be staying in California indefinitely, but again I do go home on school breaks. I have over 34 years of experience taking care of (nanny/governess/babysitter), teaching, tutoring, and working with children. I have taught and/or worked with infants through high schoolers and adults with disabilities. I have experience with special needs/disabilities, special diets, multiples, and mixed ages.I started my professional career as an Early Childhood Educator in 1991. I have taught in Head Start programs, private faith-based preschool and Kindergarten programs, as well as corporate preschools, Sunday School programs, public schools, and private homes. I am available for after-school tutoring and I charge a higher fee than my babysitter/nanny rate. I give a military, single parent, and civil servant discount. I am honest, kind, loyal, loving, highly communicative, ethical, responsible, and thoughtful.I am an attachment style caregiver. I am happy to interact with your children as you wish so long as it does not violate the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct for Early Childhood Professionals. I thank you for your consideration and time in reviewing my profile. I look forward to hearing from you and wish you all the best as you try to find the right caregiver for your family. :-) *Please note that I request a five hour minimum for babysitting and last minute cancellations (less than 48hrs) are subject to the five hour minimum. For as long as I could remember, I’ve always loved working with kids. At first it started with small things like volunteering at my local library for kids events, reading to special needs children, but then I started doing small babysitting gigs, getting into more volunteer work for special needs kids and teenagers, and eventually worked at a daycare! I’ve unfortunately moved away from the city the daycare is in, but my love for taking care of children has remained! Every age has a place in my heart and patience is my #1 skill! I have plenty of activities that I could share with your children, plenty of learning, all fun! I am CPR and First Aid certified, please feel free to ask any questions, I am a very very open book! Hope we can meet soon :)

Hello, my name is Katherina Oleynichenko. I finished Sacramento City College studying Early Childhood Education and finished Sacramento State University this past semester Spring 2025 in Child Development with a minor in Deaf studies. In my professional experience, I have babysat toddlers through kindergarten-aged children at my church on Thursday night every other week for the past two years. My goal was to make sure all the children would play nice, eat and enjoy their snacks, and leave the center with a smile on their faces. At my church, I also participated as a lead counselor and supervisor of children in a program called Vacation Bible School which occurs every summer as a day camp for children ages 4-10. Through Vacation Bible school, I not only supervised children but made sure all were happy, entertained, and fed, as we also had snacks throughout the day and you know what happens when a child does not eat, they are cranky. Another professional experience that I am currently a member of is Awana Clubs, which is ages from 4-6 and 7-12. I volunteer as the main coordinator and also a crew leader which oversees the children and their behavior. I practice Bible verses with them, participate in sports activities, and share lots of hugs. I also have experience with infants and pre-toddlers. I was the main babysitter for 4 years while my own little brother was growing up and I have learned what it means to have a crucial bedtime/daytime schedule for infants, from nap time to food breaks and how much attention infants and little babies need and crying is their main source of disagreement but should not be their main source of communication and smiling is better. Some skills that I have gained over the years are good time management and patience with children. Children want your undivided attention and unconditional affection and as an adult or babysitter, my goal is to provide that environment while also supporting their growth into future young adults. One of my greatest achievements and growth moments as a student in early childhood development and personal development is being able to think of entertaining activities fast and fun games to play if the child begins to get bored. Being creative is an amazing source of outlet to let children be who they are through painting, coloring, or doing various crafts. I also speak Russian and am proficient in American Sign Language. Looking forward to meeting you and your wonderful family. Thank you!

Hi my name is Teresa and I am a very energetic 65 year old. I love working with children and have been doing it for a little over 30 years and loving every minute of it. I started working in large license home daycares for about 22 of those years to being a preschool teacher for 6 years to becoming a nanny for 3 years caring for two little girls who I absolutely loved. I studied early childhood education at Sacramento City College so that I teach in a preschool classroom. I love watching children experiment and try new things. I love to go on nature hikes and cooking with them as well as trips to the park and the library and I love planting things with them and having them see how things grow. My philosophy is to treat each child with love and respect and to really listen to concerns.

I have always loved working with children. Seeing them explore and learn new things is very rewarding to be apart of. I am a mother of 2. Once my baby started school I began to nanny/ child care for a family over a span of 5 years as their needs fluctuated with their growing family. I have some experience with autistic children. I have worked with two separate families. The first was 4 year old twins. The second family was 10 and 14 year old boys. Ranging from verbal to non verbal. As a parent myself I understand what it is to entrust your child with another person and I take that responsibility seriously. I am attentive, patient, and nurturing.
