Hi, Working with infants and children has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. They bring such innocence and joy, that each moment is special as they see the world through brand new eyes. I was an elementary school teacher for 16 years, winning a national teaching award. Prior to that, I was a baby sitter, nanny, and camp counselor (2-3 year olds) for babies and children from about 18 months-11 years old. Since I left teaching, I have been a nanny for three seperate families with babies ranging in age from 4 weeks-3 years old. Reading to kids, interacting, playing with them, and other adventures are always part of my day with them. Some families have allowed me to take the kids on adventures to the park, baby groups and the library.
