She allowed our daughter to lead the way and to engage at her pace and her comfort level. It didn’t take long for our daughter to warm up and look forward to Kai’s arrival each morning. I really appreciated Kai’s focus on learning as she was always teaching our daughter new things (ex: letters, sounds, basic sign language), keeping her engaged, and spending lots of time exploring outdoors. Kai has super positive energy, is very attentive, and clearly cares deeply about the kids she looks after.
