We were so incredibly lucky to have Nikole care for our infant son. From day one, she was attentive, gentle, and completely trustworthy. She handled feedings, naps, and playtime with so much care and confidence, which gave us real peace of mind. She was always punctual, communicative, and truly engaged with our son — not just watching him, but interacting, comforting, and helping him grow. It was clear how patient and nurturing she is, and our son was always calm and happy in her care. We highly recommend Nikole to anyone looking for a reliable, loving, and capable nanny, especially for infants/toddlers.

Hi! My name is Justin and I’m an experienced caregiver with a strong background in early childhood education and professional management. I’m currently looking for part-time childcare opportunities, but I’m also open to discussing full-time positions if it’s the right fit! I’ve worked as both a lead classroom teacher and assistant teacher, caring for children as young as 6 weeks old up to 12 years. My experience includes everything from lesson planning and developmental tracking to potty training, safety protocols, and engaging children in meaningful play. I’ve always prioritized creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. In addition to my childcare experience, I’ve held leadership roles in management — most recently as a General Manager — which has made me highly dependable, organized, and excellent at multitasking. These roles have strengthened my communication skills and given me the ability to stay calm under pressure — all of which I bring into my work with families and children. Parents I’ve worked with appreciate my warm personality, professionalism, and genuine love for kids. I believe in open communication, positive discipline, and building a trusting relationship with both children and parents. I’d love to chat more to see how I can support your family’s needs!

Hi, my name is Kim. I live in Bristol. I love children and have 2 amazing kids of my own, 27 & 30 year old boys. I have my own transportation. I am reliable and I'm always on time (most of the time early). Since I am a mom I understand schedules, feeding and cleanliness. I understand how important interactions and respect are with the development of little ones. I feel I would be a great asset to your family. I look forward to hearing back from you to discuss the position in more detail. My email is kplourde13@mail.com. I babysat all the time when I was younger, I worked at great beginnings in Plainville after high school. I was a CNA for years. I worked at Hospital for Special Care, as a recruitment specialist but would do one on one care on the pediatric floor, with the critically ill infants and toddlers.

Roger worked out great for childcare. When the sitter we found initially canceled last minute, he replied immediately and was easy to communicate with. He was great with our two boys ages 7 and 10. He took them swimming, fed them dinner, read them a story, and did bedtime. We highly recommend Roger. Thanks so much!

Hello, my name is Sarah. I’m 25 years old and currently seeking an after school part-time position where I can bring my energy, creativity, and experience to a warm family environment. I have extensive hands on experience caring for children of different ages and developmental stages, and I take pride in being a reliable, honest, and nurturing caregiver. My approach to childcare blends responsibility with fun. I love spending time outdoors, encouraging imaginative play, and engaging children in creative projects. Cooking and artistic activities are among my favorite hobbies, and I enjoy sharing them with the children I care for. I’m also glad to help with light household tasks such as tidying, laundry, and errands. In addition to general childcare, I have experience supporting children in special education, including those on the spectrum. I strive to be patient and supportive through each stage of a child’s growth. It’s also very important to me to work with an inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly family that values kindness, respect, and acceptance for all.

Miss Pauline has been caring for our two children, now ages 2 1/2 and 1, for about the last six months. She spends one or two mornings a week with them and her calm and loving demeanor with the kids has made it easy for me to get some much needed time on my own. Our 2 1/2 year old son is very high energy and loves to be active and outside and she does a great job of letting him run off energy in a safe way. Pauline also always brings an activity like coloring or a craft to keep him occupied and engaged. She's also very sweet with our daughter and does a great job of keeping her entertained with songs and books and, now that she's a little older, time to explore outside. Pauline has been a wonderful sitter for both of our kids, plus, she does a great job of picking up toys and tidying up the kitchen along the way (something I never asked that she do). Finally, the thing that makes me most comfortable with leaving our kids in her care is that our son, a very expressive little guy, is always very positive and excited about the mornings she comes over.

After over a decade in retail, I am transitioning into childcare to pursue work that feels truly meaningful. My goal isn't just to find a job, but to be a consistent role model and a safe space for children. I’ve always admired how children are unapologetically themselves; I share that same spirit and aim to celebrate their unique quirks and differences. I believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued, and I would love the opportunity to bring that dedication to your family.

I love working with children their inquisitive attitudes and loads of energy make them a joy to be around. Taking care of children has been my passion. Allowing children to grow, explore and learn is a rewarding experience that keeps me excited as I continue caring for children of all ages. Learning through exploration, art, reading, nature, and outdoor observations offers children a rich experience. Nurturing each child’s interests helps them become strong solid people who respect themselves.
