I know from experience if you provide a child with consistency and structure and hands on experiences learning is fun and theyll want to. I was a local teacher over 30 yrs ., receiving some of the highest scores in Fl., was a Make-A-Wish Fundraising Coordinator,have worked with ages from birth to afterschool aged children.and special needs children and adults. I can do your shopping, home cleaning, as I'm a master certified supervisor for Brevard School Board,(of course if wanted, you can call the school board because I have no criminal record. Otherwise I won’t be able to have my supervisor job for the school board) of which I work mon-Friday from 11:00 a.m.-7:30p.m.( so available weekdays from 800pm-11:00 p.m. but weekends anytime. I’ve worked as pet sitting,nanny,prepare meals, laundry. Shopping,I can even wrap gifts and make gift baskets for you for special occasions. I'm very dependable, hardworking, and I'm attached to no drama, as I have a peaceful happy life. If a child stomps their feet, screams, whines, or complains with a tantrum - I talk to them. I ask if they understand why they are feeling the way that they do. I try to guide them with examples of a better way to ask for what they want. I then ask them to apologize for throwing a tantrum and if they are ready for the next activity or plan. If you prefer another way, I’m happy to oblige! I talk to children about their aspirations, encourage them in their passions, and pay attention to them. I make sure that the kids I nanny know they are loved and that they can trust me. I make dinners, lunches, do laundry, and try to keep the house clean. If you're wanting someone to just pick up your kid and bring them home, I'm not the one you're looking for. If you would rather someone who really cares about your child like an older sister would, that's me. I treat every child like they are family because I can’t help it.
