Hi! My name is Brittany and I am interested in helping with your family! I absolutely love children and assisting families with anything they may need. I have been looking after children for years now starting at just twelve years old. I worked in my church’s day care involving kids from ages 2-15 for about three years as well. I love pets, I love to cook, clean, engage in fun activities, attend any athletic games, love to read, dance, sing, and just have fun! I have no children and have a reliable car so there shouldn’t be any issues with time or scheduling. Mom always taught me that being on time is being late so I always make an effort to be early. I am also open to staying extra hours or over night if needed. I hope to hear back from you. Thank you!

I have had 20 years experience caring for children ranging from new born to teens. I enjoy kids, playing indoors and out, doing crafts, reading ext. I'm positive, outgoing, honest and also athletic, crafty and love the outdoors. I Currently work as a teacher assistant for a toddler group a couple hours Wednesday and Thursday mornings. At the moment I do work as a home health aid a couple days. I am looking for the right fit to work with kids full time and go down to one full time job.

I am a homeschooling, stay at home mother of five. I have much experience! I used to own a licensed daycare before having children. I am fully background checked, also certified in infant/child cpr and first aid. Our home is smoke, alcohol and cat free. We do have a small friendly dog who loves kids but can remain in her crate if need be. We are a more natural-minded family too!

I’m a current college student at Florida Atlantic university studying elementary education! I started working with kids around the age of 15 and have been working in that field since! I started in a daycare working with ages 0-5 but specifically the VPK students (4-5), then I went on to volunteer in a kindergarten classroom for my senior year and am now employed at an elementary school in Boca raton where I work with grades k-5 but focus on my small group of 20 which are grades K-2nd! In high school I took an early childhood class all 4 years so it allowed me to gain over 10 certifications and go through multiple trainings such as: health, safety and nutrition training, child growth and development, safe sleep/shaken baby syndrome training along with many others I can provide! I decided to do babysitting during the summer because I’m looking for more work experience with children so I can strengthen my skills with them on top of giving parents/guardians a reliable and trusted outlet for help! Working with kids has been the best decision I’ve made, I love helping them develop intellectually and also emotionally while giving them a safe space to do so!

Hi, my name is Marsha. I am 64 years young with plenty of energy and I think I may be a wonderful person to care for your family, while you are working. I know how nerve-racking it can be to go to work, leaving your precious child to a stranger to care for. Let me reassure you that a part of my job is to make you comfortable enough with me to allow you to focus on your jobs while at work. I have TONS of experience caring for newborns. I have raised 3 successful adult children of my own. I have 3 grandchildren whom I adore, and I love children. I am currently a Guardian ad Litem Volunteer Advocate in the 20th Circuit Court and volunteer for ANA’s Friends, which is the foundation that supports the Guardian ad Litem Program. A Guardian ad Litem is court ordered to care for foster children and look out for the best interests of a foster child. I am mandated by the court to visit these children at least once a month, but normally see them twice a month and every 90 days I write a report for the court giving my opinion of how each child is doing and what if anything, they need. This also entails having a Level 2 background check. I have been a foster parent to a few babies, many years ago, who were abandoned in a Detroit hospital. My late husband was an OB/GYN working as a resident at this hospital and came home telling me how many babies were in the hospital nursery. The nurses did their best but did not have the time to care for them as these babies deserved. I also had a small home-based daycare for a while and cared for newborns thru 5-year-olds. I have kept up with current opinions of childcare from newborns to older children. Things are always evolving on how to care for children, and I pride myself on keeping current on the latest advice but believe that ultimately the parents have the responsibility of deciding how to raise their children. I am completely current and certified in First Aid, CPR and AED. I have also been a swim instructor. I believe in having a routine for children, as long as the parents agree. I use baby sign language with small children along with repeating the words for children who are not yet verbal. Children can sign much earlier than they can speak and this helps with their frustration in not being able to let you know what they want or need, as long as the parents agree to this. I believe it takes a village to raise a child, with the parents leading the way. I would love to be part of your village.
