Highly recommend Phylicia! Phylicia first watched our son Finn on very short notice, and she couldn't have been better. She was attentive the entire time, came with activities planned, and somehow got him to nap, something he always fights with us! We've had her back several times since, and Finn gets excited every time she walks in the door. He loves asking her to take him on walks, and she keeps us updated throughout the day, including sending updates when they head out. It's a huge comfort to know exactly how his day is going. Phylicia is reliable, engaged, and genuinely great with kids. We're so glad we found her and would recommend her to any family.

We are so grateful for the care and support Robbin provided for our daughter during a time when we truly needed the help. I always came home to a baby who was fed, changed, happy, and well cared for, and as a parent, that peace of mind means so much. She followed the things we asked of her, and genuinely cared about our daughter. She would sometimes do her hair, stay later when she was able to help us out, and even went out of her way to purchase little projects for our daughter to do for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Those thoughtful touches really showed how much she cared. She was especially wonderful during a challenging period when our daughter was a baby and struggling with severe GERD. She needed to be held upright after feedings, and Robbin was patient and attentive to her needs. Knowing our daughter was being cared for with that level of attention gave us so much comfort. We truly appreciate everything she did for our family and, most importantly, for our daughter. She cared for her with love when we needed it most, and we will always be grateful for that!
