I have raise my family and I am now a grandma to three children 7, 11 and 13. my husband and I moved here to be closer to them. I love babies and taking care of them. If you want your baby to be snuggled and we’ll cared for - I am your person. My husband and I have been foster parents for a baby/toddler with special needs. (Failure to thrive). I have coached my daughter in softball all through her elementary days. I was also a Girl Scout leader. For the last 13 years I have coached in a high school environment which would mean that I have had all my background checks and fingerprints on file with the police department. I have been watching children in some fashion since I was 11 years old (26 years). I have been a nanny for a family in the past and it was a great experience. I have watched children from infancy into their teens and have no issues with watching multiple children at the same time. I am very organized and like to keep children occupied with activities with minimal screen time. I have two nieces and a nephew (all siblings) that I have watch since birth and still watch frequently. Their ages vary from 10 months to 7 years old. When I am watching them, I have one child home all day, one child home half days, and the eldest has school all day. This requires being able to keep the day organized and a good routine going.

Even though I am the youngest in my family, I have spent many years helping with my niece. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I work with 3-6 and 7-12 year olds mostly. I grew up helping at camp with at risk kids, I am a success coach with those kids as well. As a success coach I work with kids who aren’t having the best of times. I help them understand why they are upset and how we can work through this to have a better days. I am verified in mental health awareness for children. Running around and having a huge amount of energy is what I expect and love to have fun!

I have worked with various ages of children for over 15 years. I love to interact with children and watch them learn through play. There are various ways of interacting with children wether it be through reading stories, playing with toys or simply talking.
