Hello Families! I am an experienced nanny looking for a part-time position, in your home or mine. I have a two-year-old daughter who will be in my care as well. During college, I worked as a nanny for four great families. Soon after graduation, I was married and had my first child. I transitioned into providing child care for other families with my daughter in tow, and with her I worked for two wonderful Crystal Lake families. On a typical day, you might find us visiting a park, taking a long walk, or bathing in a kiddie pool. Indoors and during cooler weather, we enjoy reading daily, visiting a local library (we often sign up for story-time), dancing to music, crafts for older kiddos, and sensory activities for those that are younger. If in your home, I typically take on light cooking and housework, such as laundry, vacuuming/sweeping, and dishes. My availability may change in the spring of 2018, as I am looking into attending graduate school at that time. It is possible that my schedule will remain fairly open and flexible, which is why I am seeking a part-time position that may transition just fine if/when I attend school. Hi Parents! My name is Janely Barrera I am 24 years old, and I live in Round Lake, IL. I’m a mom of two young boys, ages 5 and a one year old (he turns 2 in October). I graduated from Lake Forest High School and have experience in early childhood education through the tech campus program. I also completed a job-shadowing experience at a daycare near the hospital in Lake Forest.
