Hi, I'm Sam! Watching over and playing with kids is a true passion. Being an outgoing and cheery person really makes children feel comfortable with me. I've studied singing, dance and performing for many years and that has all come to help me better engage with every child I've ever cared for. As the oldest of three kids, I've regularly been tasked with driving them to events and running the house when my parents are out. Some of my most recent positions have been during the school year, nannying two grade-school age boys. This included picking them up from school, completing homework, making snacks and playing with them. I also watched over a toddler and preschooler a couple summers ago. I was responsible for making them breakfast and lunch, putting them down for naps, playing outside with them (walks, bike rides, going to the park, etc.), and driving them to hockey practice. this past summer I watched over 2 kids. One being a toddle and one in elementary school. I was responsible for bringing them to and from activities. I would bring them places like the playground, water parks, the movies, etc. I also volunteer at the YMCA so I’ll go to in elementary school and watch the children after until her parents pick them up. I also teach a dance class for children at the YMCA. I love the outdoors (when it’s warm enough) so I prefer to keep the children I watch active as opposed to sitting in front of a screen all day. I am currently a student at Indiana State University studying Psychology. I plan to open my own private practice to help women and men who go through domestic abuse and other things that may cause trauma. I would love the opportunity to help you out!

Hello! My name is Kiana and I’m planning on transferring to Indiana State University next semester (so a December/January start date). I currently watch a 2 year old that I’ve been with for about a year and a half so I have experience with younger children. I’m not sure what my class schedule would be yet but if the times work out I’d love to have a Zoom or a meeting to see if we would be a good fit for each other. I’m currently in nursing school so I’m CPR certified, know how to administer medications, maintain proper hand hygiene, and am updated on my vaccines. I also have a reliable form of transportation. Hello! I have over 1 year of experience as a nanny and with a set of twins! I started last year when they were 6 months old and up until recently at 19-20 months old. I worked part time for the family I nannied for due to my current schedule with being in grad school. I worked every Monday-Wednesday, 8-4 for them. I am skilled in participating in playful activities, diaper changes, mean/snack prep, and sleep schedules/sleep training (I worked side by side my nanny family as they were sleep training the twins). This is what I am experienced in, but am completely open to working with other age groups! I also have my Bachelors degree in Nursing, as well as my RN license, and I also minored in Psychology. I have almost 2 years of nursing experience, specifically in the NICU, Labor and Delivery, and Postpartum. Because of my nursing background, I am equipped in medical knowledge and am able to provide additional or more extensive care. If that type of care is something you are looking for, I am happy to talk more about my rate as this would require more care and as it would go beyond standard/typical nanny duties. I am also factoring in my nursing background and nanny experience with twins into my rate. However, depending on what you are looking for we can discuss rate at that time! I really enjoy being around kids and helping aid in their development. I am very patient, compassionate, and caring. Being in grad school, I have learned even more about human development and how important providing a safe, nurturing and loving environment is for children.
