I have many years of experience taking care of children, including my own younger siblings, as well as for family and friends. I also worked at a church where I cared for over eight toddlers. Unfortunately, I was unable to continue that role due to COVID-19, but I am now looking to get back into the childcare field, which I truly enjoy.

I am a 55 year-old "young and active" grandmother of two boys 11 and 13 and the mother of a 14 year old daughter. My three oldest children are 36, 34, and 31. So I have years of experience. I have always loved children. I treasure them because they truly are blessings from God. I was the full-time nanny for 3 years to a beautiful baby girl from the time she was 3 months old until she was 3 years old when the family relocated out of state. Prior to that, I was a full-time nanny for two boys ages 2 and 4. I have worked with children in vacation bible school and in the nursery at my church. I am a former preschool Sunday School teacher. I have completed the Parenting is Heart Work training classes as well as Boundaries with Children. I implement this with my own child and grandchildren. I believe in building kids up and giving lots of praise and hugs or high fives and fist bumps depending on the age. I believe each day should be filled with music, play/activities and lots of laughing.
