Hi! My name is Daphny Wilches. I just graduated from the University of Florida in May 2025 with a degree in Business Administration. I’ve been working with kids for 8 years now, and childcare has always been something I’ve been genuinely passionate about. I’ve had the chance to work with all different age groups, and every experience has taught me something new. When I was 16, I was hired by the YMCA where I worked in the childcare center, refereed sports, and lifeguarded. Since then, I’ve worked mostly with toddlers and school-aged kids, but I truly enjoy being around children of all ages. I have babysat/nannied for the last 25 years both part time and full time. I graduated in 2006 from Framingham State College where I majored in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. I taught preschool for 3 years and have nannied since.  I have experience with children of all ages, and have taken care of up to 5 children at a time. While I was in college I babysat for about 15-20 different families in the Framingham area that have children that range from newborns to 13 years old.
