Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile. As someone who spends all day learning and growing alongside children and adolescents, I'd love to find a great family to support on my evening/weekends. Currently, I am in the process of completing an Ed.M. in school psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. Prior to this degree, I worked as a family counselor and K-5 science/teaching associate at schools here in Manhattan as well as in sunny Menlo Park, CA. I also have prior experience as a nanny for two great families in Boston and San Francisco with children ranging from K-6th grade. Oh and, I can hold my own in Spot It and special character voices for books at bedtime :-). Looking forward to meeting your family! I hold a degree in Child Development and Early Childhood Education and have extensive experience working with children. From 2009 to 2019, I taught preschool-aged children, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities and personalized care. In 2019 and 2021, I worked as a Head Camp Counselor at a Girl Scout Camp, where I planned and led programs to create a fun and enriching environment. In 2022, I was promoted to Program Manager at the camp, further expanding my leadership and organizational skills. Additionally, I have hands-on experience as a nanny for two children, ages 2 and 4, and babysat for a family with a toddler from 2022 until the end of January. My responsibilities include preparing simple meals, assisting with potty training, and keeping the child engaged through indoor and outdoor activities. During the spring I babysat a one year old a few times. This summer I have been babysitting a six and ten year old. I also babysat 20 month year old twins a few times recently. Working with children has always been my passion, and I am currently seeking a babysitting position a few days during the week with preschool or elementary-aged children. My goal is to provide a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for the children in my care.

Stephanie has come over a few times to help me with my 13mo old daughter while I work from home. Stephanie is incredibly sweet and polite and plays so well with her. I was truly impressed with how well my daughter took to her as she hasn't had many sitters at all, they played so well together while I worked and I appreciate her help so much. I would consider Stephanie very reliable.

If you are looking for a great babysitter - hire Leslie. Her communication from the start made me feel confident in her abilities to take care of my son. She was happy to take the time to be introduced to my son before coming to babysit. When she arrived she was well prepared with games and creative activities. Needless to say my son had the best time and was disappointed when he woke up in the morning and she wasn’t still there!

We hired Dolma as the nanny for our 2.5 year old twin daughters and she cared for them during the work days for a 4 month period. She was extremely punctual, consistently coming in about 10 mins earlier than the actual start time. It was very clear that she was full of love for the twins and genuinely cared for them. Her cooking/feeding strategy worked really well with both our daughters. She also kept to our set routine which helped a lot. Most importantly, the twins really bonded with her loved having her. I recommend Dolma to anyone looking for a nanny.

Career Nanny with 25+ years early childhood experience. MA EEC Certified Preschool teacher. Parenting educator. *Fully vaccinated, Tdap, Flu, COVID. Ideally I’m looking for a long term Nanny position with a newborn. I delight in the wonder and excitement that children naturally have. I believe in nurturing and helping little ones grow and learn in a loving and caring environment. One that supports their individual needs and allows them to build on their confidence and self-esteem. To broaden my knowledge, I’ve also worked as an assistant at an in home family daycare, taught Parent/Child Toddler Play and Learn classes, worked as a parent educator, and later taught Preschool. I’m continually attending early childhood development trainings. I believe in the power of play. I encourage peer social relationships and offer experiences that spark curiosity and invite active exploration. I'm not afraid to break out in song, or engage in simple child's play. Play turns out to be so stunningly essential to childhood, it's like love, sunshine, and broccoli all juiced together. I also have a natural sense of humor, which is essential when working with children. I enjoy sharing resources and tips that I have learned along the way with parents I pledge to let children be little, fill their hearts with laughter, help them grow wings, nurture their sense of wonder, and inspire them to believe in themselves. I keep in touch with the many children and families who have crossed paths with me over my varied career, and we catch up now and then. I'm proud to have been part of their parenting and childhood journey.

Although I did not ultimately hire Nancy due to a conflict with schedules, I would have loved to! We corresponded by email and by phone and she was always prompt to reply and friendly. We did have a meeting to meet my children and I was instantly at ease with her as were my kids (ages 2 and 3 1/2). They responded very positively to her and I think that speaks volumes. I hope that our schedules could work out in the future!!

My husband and I hired Naiana to be a nanny for our 4month old right as I was returning to work after Maternity Leave. It was an anxious time for me, but I felt so reassured with Naiana! She is wonderful with babies and Sophia immediately felt comfortable with her. She has aided in Sophia’s development through play, singing, sleep training and movement. In the early days she was so good at getting Sophia down for a nap and feeding her bottles when she would only take bottles from my husband and I. She also would wash bottles and fold the baby’s laundry while Sophia was napping, which was such an amazing help to me. Now that Sophia is 9months old, I can see the love that Sophia has for Naiana, as every morning Sophia has the biggest smile as soon as Naiana walks in the door! I strongly recommend hiring Naiana and I feel so lucky to have her as a part of Sophia’s life!

Alli has been an absolute godsend to our family. When my husband and I moved to Concord at the tail end of the COVID pandemic, we were overwhelmed with the challenge of finding reliable childcare. I had just returned to work after maternity leave with our second child, and Alli was able to step in seamlessly from day one. It quickly became clear that Alli’s superpower is working with children. Our two-year-old son and three-month-old daughter connected with her immediately. She handled early challenges—like our daughter refusing bottles—with calm confidence and patience, all while navigating a full-time, work-from-home household. Remarkably, our daughter began taking bottles on Alli’s very first day. Over the past four years, Alli has truly become part of our family. She has supported our children through every stage of their development with thoughtfulness and care. From managing nap schedules (and sleep regressions) to guiding potty training, school pickups and drop-offs, and helping build early reading and math skills, Alli approaches every aspect of her role with intention. She consistently creates engaging, age-appropriate activities and makes it a priority to get the kids outside and active in all seasons. She is more than just a caretaker; she is a teacher and friend. What sets Alli apart most is her deep commitment to the children in her care. Our son has severe food allergies, and Alli has always been exceptionally diligent—carefully managing his meals and ensuring his EpiPen is always on hand. She is a fierce advocate for our children’s safety and well-being, and we have complete trust and peace of mind when they are with her. As our youngest begins school, we are sadly transitioning away from full-time care. We cannot recommend Alli highly enough—she brings warmth, reliability, and a rare level of dedication that will be deeply missed by our family.
