Hello and thank you for reading my profile. I've been nannying for families for a total of 6 years now and it's something that I truly enjoy. I've had the opportunity to work and become apart of some great families throughout the years. Generally, the families that I've cared for have anywhere from 1-4 children but working at a preschool has prepared me to be responsible for up to 10 children under 6, at a time, in a classroom setting. I'm comfortable with caring for children of all ages. English is my first language but I do have an elementary understanding of Spanish. Hello and thank you for reading my profile. A little bit about me… I've been babysitting since i was a child. I use to be a daycare teacher and helped my mom in her home daycare. I have worked in 3 different daycares as a preschool teacher. One was an at home daycare. I now have a 9 year old. She comes with me all the time and is a great help and loves meeting new children. It makes it easier, as I homeschool her. Working with children has always been a passion of mine. I don't look at it solely as a job simply for the fact that I love interacting with, caring for, and teaching children. Hello, I am a proud empty-nest mother of two who loves children. I have recently provided relief at a local home-based daycare for over the past 10 years, caring primarily for infants and toddlers (5-7 children at a time), some with developmental disabilities. Now that I am an “empty-nester, “I am looking to spend more time babysitting children. I have lifelong experience with children of all ages and those with special needs. I have a younger brother with Down syndrome, along with a few of the children at daycare (and others I cared for full-time in my home in the past), who have developmental disabilities.
