Hi! My name is Daphny Wilches. I just graduated from the University of Florida in May 2025 with a degree in Business Administration. I’ve been working with kids for 8 years now, and childcare has always been something I’ve been genuinely passionate about. I’ve had the chance to work with all different age groups, and every experience has taught me something new. When I was 16, I was hired by the YMCA where I worked in the childcare center, refereed sports, and lifeguarded. Since then, I’ve worked mostly with toddlers and school-aged kids, but I truly enjoy being around children of all ages. I have been a caregiver for over 10 years. I tried a few different jobs during my early twenties and found caregiving kind of by accident but have loved ever second of it. I love how everyday is different and exciting, and working with kids is so much fun. I mean who wouldn't want to go to work and laugh everyday.
