Hello dear Parents: I am seeking full time or part-time position. Also, I am available on weekends or as needed. For the last 7 years I have been caring little ones from infants to pre-kindergarteners and elementary kids. I also enjoyed thoroughly working with first time parents caring for little bundles of joy. My last experiences are 15 weeks and 4 and 2-months old babies and now are years old or in preschool. My duties as a nanny are to feed (I can prepare food from scratch) their bottles of formula or breastmilk, change diapers, put them for naps, sleep training. I also play with the baby's toys to encourage them to grasp their toys and mentioning to them the colors, names, and sounds to promote cognitive development. I also put babies in tummy time so that their neck muscles get stronger day by day for later to roll over, sit up, and crawl. I have prepared healthy meals, and I am very organized and like to be active with the kids. I also help them to get ready for bed and wait until parents arrive from work. A little about me… I have worked with children since I was 15 years old. I started out assisting in a day care center, and then when I graduated from High School, I began teaching preschool while attending college. I have worked with infants up to school age children. I taught 1st grade for 6 years, and have also taught 4th grade. I have four children- ages 10,8,4, & 3! I am very familiar with the Calvert, Anne Arundel and Prince George's areas. I grew up in Dunkirk, MD, which is in Calvert County. While attending the University of Maryland, I lived in Annapolis, MD and and relocated back to Calvert County after graduating.
