My name is Rachel Burke, and I am 33 years old. I have been in childcare for about 14 years. I have many certifications as well as an associates degree. I was a nanny, a preschool teacher, and a before and after care director. I am looking for a second job. I will be available to work for before and after care this year. I am currently a child and family wellbeing coach during the mid-day (approx 10-2) I hope to hear from the right family soon!

I’m a dedicated and nurturing nanny with several years of hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers, including managing the needs of up to three children at once. I specialize in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment where children can thrive. Safety is my number one priority and I like to keep parents updated throughout the day or night.

I'm an energetic sitter with a genuine passion for caring for kids. While new to professional child care, I have experience babysitting my siblings and cousins, providing engaging activities and helping with after-school meals and homework. I’m working on getting crop and first aid certified, however I am a certified early childcare assistant educator. I currently work in a child care facility, as well as have been babysitting for family/friends and neighbors for years.

I love being a sitter because I have siblings of my own and I love to watch them. Watching the kids makes me feel like I’ll be a great mother someday. Some of my experiences are of me watching my siblings for my mother. My skills are meal preparation, homework help, etc.

As a patient and friendly childcare provider with five years of experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families. My calm demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise have made me a trusted caregiver. I am comfortable caring for two children at a time, ranging in age from infants to 10-year-olds. My educational background, including a high school degree, has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide a nurturing and enriching environment for children. I enjoy playing educational games that promote learning and creativity, such as board games and puzzles. I also love to read to children and encourage their imagination through storytelling. I am dedicated to providing a safe and reliable child care option for families. I am willing to help with cooking and meal preparation, as well as light housekeeping.

Are you looking for a responsible, kind, patient date night sitter? You are in the right spot! My name is Sarah and I have been working with children for over ten years. I am Red Cross First Aid and CPR certified and work part-time as a swim instructor, primarily teaching with students with intellectual disabilities. I am a first year student in the graduate physical therapy program at University of Delaware with plans of becoming a pediatric physical therapist. I graduated from the University of Maryland in 2024 with a degree in kinesiology and minor in human development. I love working with children and have paid volunteer experience tutoring elementary school students in reading, math, and science. While babysitting I enjoy doing arts and crafts, singing songs, and playing games. I also bring a big bag of fun activities with me so your children will never be bored! I hope to work with your family soon! Please message me any questions or if you would like to set up a quick virtual interview! Thank you!

I have been caring for children for five plus years. I’ve work in many different childcare jobs- such as the infant room in a daycare with a 4 to 1 ratio, from 6 weeks old to one year old, personal care assistant in schools caring for children with special needs, and nannying for three families long term. I have a passion for kids and love spending my days watching them learn and grow. I am CPR/1st aid certified and I also have completed an active shooter training course. I am looking for another family to nanny for long term!

Hi! My name is Savannah, I am 23 years old, I am a high school graduate, and I have been CPR/AED and first aid certified. I have enjoyed working with, and caring for children for as long as I can remember. I love being able to simultaneously provide stability and excitement to children's lives through consistency, fun, and learning. I have worked as a VBS camp counselor in my teen years, as well as babysitting often throughout those years, into my young adult life as well. I graduated from public high school in 2020 within the early childhood education pathway. I have directly worked with the ages 3-4 in a classroom setting due to that opportunity. I enjoy demonstrating social and emotional intelligence, as well as learning from the kids I am teaching!

I am 37 and a mother of 3 kiddos. My oldest just completed her first semester in college and is following her dream of one day becoming an FBI agent. Both of my boys are on the spectrum. My oldest son is in highschool and is higher functioning, but had many many struggles with anxiety growing up so together we went to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and learned love, patience, understanding and putting in the work along with many other tools can help you overcome some overwhelming situations. My youngest is a non verbal 2yo that has a laugh that can make any and everyone smile. I have several other family members on the spectrum so while I noticed my youngest sons signs of having autism very early on it never prepared me for the struggles we would face and concur as he progresses and grows into the best him he can be. I am not an expert but am fairly knowledgeable of OT, speech, and will be recieving parent training from ABA. Besides my own children I have helped raise my nieces, nephews and family friends children! My junior year of highschool I was a live in nanny for a young deaf child. I’m an out of the box thinker and am very creative which has especially come in handy with my toddler and getting him on track to hit milestones at more of an age appropriate time frame. I love making activities/toys/organizers etc that the kids love and it ultimately helps them progress more. I love outside (except on the Maryland freezing days) but I know of a ton of fun indoor places to keep everyone happy! I’m an open book. I have nothing to hide and normally share more than I probably should, at least that’s what my husband tells me. I would love to care for your child/children and leave you with no worries as I’d be caring for them as well if not better than my own kiddos!
