Greetings Parent(s). I am a mom of three older children and I absolutely love children of all ages !! I have been a babysitter, nanny, tutor and a Pre-school teacher. I am certified to teach children Newborn - Kindergarten as well as CPR&First Aid certified(infants-adults). I have a Master’s degree in a discipline outside of childcare. I’ve been in childcare for 20+ years and I truly miss the children & families on a day-to-day basis from my classroom days. I’m open to cooking for the children, taking them to&from activities, caring for them overnight as well as coming as a travel nanny (once we’re all comfortable) and walks outside/outdoor play, etc.- I’m flexible on activities you may select. I am more than willing to get an additional background check or more training if it’s required. I am familiar with and able to do a nanny share as well.

Artina was great with our six month old. She showed up a few minutes early to get situated and was very responsive via message and text. I would definitely book her again.

Hello dear Parents: I am seeking full time or part-time position. Also, I am available on weekends or as needed. For the last 7 years I have been caring little ones from infants to pre-kindergarteners and elementary kids. I also enjoyed thoroughly working with first time parents caring for little bundles of joy. My last experiences are 15 weeks and 4 and 2-months old babies and now are years old or in preschool. My duties as a nanny are to feed (I can prepare food from scratch) their bottles of formula or breastmilk, change diapers, put them for naps, sleep training. I also play with the baby's toys to encourage them to grasp their toys and mentioning to them the colors, names, and sounds to promote cognitive development. I also put babies in tummy time so that their neck muscles get stronger day by day for later to roll over, sit up, and crawl. I have prepared healthy meals, and I am very organized and like to be active with the kids. I also help them to get ready for bed and wait until parents arrive from work. I currently have Child Development Certification, SIDS, CPR and AED certified as well. Thanks for reading my profile. Ysabel

I am a dependable and nurturing caregiver with several years of experience supporting children from toddler through elementary school age. I have provided attentive, engaging care that prioritizes safety, structure, and age-appropriate development. My experience includes organizing creative activities, assisting with homework, preparing meals and snacks, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Families appreciate my calm, patient demeanor and my ability to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. I am reliable, communicative, and take pride in creating a positive, supportive atmosphere where children can thrive.

We had the pleasure of meeting Shelene in person while interviewing candidates for our daughter’s nanny. During that process, she also spent an afternoon caring for our daughter, which gave us the chance to see her professionalism and attentiveness firsthand. She was extremely professional, well spoken, and clearly deeply cares about the work she does. Her nursing background came through strongly in the thoughtful questions she asked about our daughter’s needs, and it was obvious that she is highly qualified and would make an outstanding nanny. Although we ultimately did not move forward with Shelene, that decision had nothing to do with her qualifications, and we were more than confident that she would have been an amazing fit for our family. We would absolutely consider working with her in the future and would feel very confident recommending her to other families.

Hi! I’m currently a tech in the Emergency Department, so staying calm, patient, and caring is literally part of my everyday life. I’ve also babysat for several families over the years, and I absolutely love helping kids learn, laugh, and have fun. I’m great with routines like meals, homework, and bedtime, but I also love getting creative — whether that’s crafts, games, or helping little ones explore their interests. I’m CPR/First Aid trained through my job, and I always make sure kids feel safe, supported, and heard. I’m reliable, respectful, and all about creating a warm, fun environment while you’re away. Your kids are in good hands with me!

Hi! My name is Madeline, and I’m a freshman college student at Northern Virginia Community College. I’m also an upcoming mother, which has made my passion for caring for children even stronger. Growing up in a Hispanic household, I learned the importance of family, patience, and responsibility from a young age, especially while helping take care of my younger sister. In addition to my personal experience, I’ve also worked professionally with children in the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) field as a Behavior Technician. This gave me hands-on experience supporting children’s growth, communication, and learning in positive, engaging ways. I truly enjoy helping kids feel happy, supported, and understood. Whether it’s playtime, helping with routines, or encouraging learning, I always bring care, patience, and creativity to everything I do.

Hi There!! My name is Madalyn ☆ I am a 25 year old student with a love for learning with and about children! For the last three years I have been gaining experience as a Lead Preschool Teacher in San Francisco, California, where I had my own classroom of nine children ages ranging 2-4 years old. Now, I am back in the D.C. area looking for a new opportunity! A majority of my experience lies within children under 10 years old, though, I am interested in gaining experience with all ages. I am currently working on my Early Childhood Education degree, and look forward to gaining my Masters in the future. I love to explore, exercise, create art, and to make music. All of these things are much more fun with a little buddy! I can offer all types of house work included in nanny services, as well as tutoring/homework help for third grade students and under.

I have six years of experience working in child care, supporting children across a variety of settings and developmental stages. I’ve worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), a Pre-K teacher assistant, and I am currently a Montessori toddler teacher, where I focus on fostering independence, curiosity, and social-emotional growth. I hold CPR and First Aid certifications as well as my MAT certificate, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for every child in my care. I genuinely love working with kids and am looking to babysit as a side gig so I can continue doing what I’m passionate about while supporting families outside of my current role.

I love being a sitter because caring for children brings me a sense of purpose and joy—I enjoy watching their personalities grow and creating a safe, fun environment where they feel supported. Although I recently graduated from high school, I’ve gained valuable experience by helping care for younger relatives, babysitting for family friends, and assisting with children’s activities at school events. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills, along with a reliable sense of responsibility. I’ve also learned basic first-aid principles, how to manage routines, and how to keep kids engaged through creative play, making me confident in my ability to provide trustworthy and attentive care. And I just graduated high school
