I have worked in a mix of environments from home, center, and most recently, private care. I have had the benefit of working with many different ages from infant to teenagers. My most recent experience has been primarily with two families: the first is now 3.5 years old, the second has a 9 and an 11year-old. I also sit regularly for a family with a 4-year-old and a 9-year-old, as well to a 1-year-old and a 6-year-old.
