Jan 2022- Oct 2023, I was as an au pair for almost 2 years and I currently work with multiple families one being everyday and others being occasionally. Hi there, I am a momma of two sweet boys, ages 1 and 5 years old and one fur baby! I have my elementary teaching license with 8 year experience in the classroom classroom. With that being said, I am creating a supplimental arts and craft program for local preschool and elementary aged children on the weekends. This will be directed through my preschool childcare program ‘ Mrs. Darnall’s Little Learners’. I am nearing the end of the licensing process for my preschool, so that will be coming soon this fall! In the mean time, I will be doing a flexible summer childcare program with both half and full day options for children aged 2-5. The program has limited spots to ensure that a small-group setting can be provided. I grew up in a very large family, growing up I always had a cousin or relative watching us and it helped all of us kids feel safe. That’s what I want to be for your kids, someone that makes them feel safe. I also love the outdoors and want to spend as much time outside as possible. I babysat growing up and I have also worked at a pediatric dental office. Working with kids all day really showed me how different everyone can be. Each kid has their own personality and things they may struggle with but I am willing to help them be the best version of themself. While working in a pediatric office I became CPR certified for all ages and know the basics of first aid as well.
