Hello! My name is Jeanene... I have several years experience caring for children of all ages. I come from a wonderful family of 5 children, 3 sisters and 1 brother. Our parents taught us the value of education and strong moral values from a very young age. My brother, Joey, was the oldest of 5, and was born with Down Syndrome. He was diagnosed with some health issues when he was born- including cardiac problems. My sisters and I had taken on many responsibilities caring for my special needs brother as we got older. I helped Joey with much supervision, teaching, educating, lots of sports/hobbies and being actively involved in Special Olympics with him. I will carry the life lessons Joey taught our family with me forever... unconditional love, courage, patience, and understanding:) I began actively watching children when I was in High School at the age of 15 for a few family's in the neighborhood. I enjoyed it tremendously so I continued to babysit throughout my High School years and 2 yrs of college. Shortly, thereafter, my sister was blessed with triplets.... that kept me busy:) I became their part-time nanny for the first 4 years and a very active babysitter as they grew! In addition, my other sister adopted a little girl from Quatemala. I relocated to Louisville, KY to become her part-time nanny/babysitter and helped her through the challenging toddler years. I love children (just good for the soul)... I learned from a very young age how to manage children, educate them and create a safe environment, I also learned how to have fun, have a sense of humor, and create positive activities that promote growth and education. I am very comfortable watching children of any age (and pets)! I am enthusiastic, energetic, self disciplined, very health conscious, honest and dependable:) Please contact me for references I look forward to hearing from you~ Jeanene

Jeanene babysat for us while we vacationed in Hilton Head and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch our kids! We had 4 children ranging from ages 6 months old - 2 years old and she handled it perfectly! She made sure they all had fun, gave them meals, put them down for naps, and somehow kept the house looking clean by the end of the day! Our kiddos still talk about Jeanene and we will be asking her to babysit every trip we take! I highly recommend Jeanene!!

Absolutely Outstanding Nanny! We have been truly blessed to have Gabrielle (Gabby) as our son’s nanny for the past year, and it’s with heavy hearts that we say goodbye. From day one, Gabby has been an absolute rockstar — always on time, every single day, without fail. Her reliability gave us complete peace of mind as working parents. Gabby communicated beautifully with us and showed wonderful initiative whenever our now 4-year-old was having a tough moment. Whether it was a meltdown, a tricky behavior phase, or just needing a little extra patience and creativity, she jumped in with kindness, problem-solving, and a huge heart. She didn’t just watch our son — she truly cared for him, helped him grow, and made every afternoon brighter. Gabby quickly became a trusted, loved member of our family. We will miss her warm smile, her energy, and the joy she brought into our home every single day. Gabby, congratulations on your next exciting chapter — you deserve all the best! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you’ve poured into our son and our family this past year. You made a real, lasting difference, and we will never forget it. We will miss you so much! We would recommend Gabrielle to any family in a heartbeat — she is truly one of the best. 5 stars doesn’t even feel like enough!

Leighanna taught two of my children in preschool. She always showed love, patience, and care for our boys. The creativity she brought to the classroom is amazing, and our children came home talking about new songs and projects every day. She takes the time to connect with each child individually and creates a warm, engaging atmosphere. We highly recommend Leighanne to any family looking for a caring and skilled nanny!

Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and being part of their world—whether that means playing games, helping with homework, or just being someone they can trust and feel safe with. It’s incredibly rewarding to support families and make a positive impact on a child’s day. What experience do you have? I’ve had several years of babysitting experience with children of various ages, from toddlers to pre-teens. I’ve worked with both individual families and in group settings, managing routines like meals, bedtime, and school pick-ups. Every experience has helped me become more confident, adaptable, and in tune with kids’ needs. What skills and training do you have? I’m a strong communicator, patient, creative when it comes to activities, and very dependable. I always make it a priority to ensure a safe, fun, and supportive environment for the kids I care for.

Hello! My name is Cecilia. I have been a nanny for the last two or three years since taking a break from college. I have loved babysitting since middle school; I enjoy working with children, but I especially love taking care of babies. I have diverse experience with children from newborns to middle school. One of my favorite nannying experiences so far was working with the same family from October 2022-December 2023. It was so special to me to be able to take care of both the little girls over such a long continuous period. It was beautiful to learn to care for a newborn into toddlerhood. I gained a lot of knowledge and expertise from the experience. Before nannying I did three semesters of College studying Philosophy, German and Liberal Arts. I enjoyed academics, but after three semesters I decided to take a break and since then have been working as a nanny. My career goal is to be nannying while working towards becoming a doula and I hope to complete my bachelors degree online in the future. I particularly love to nanny infants and toddlers and have the most experience in these ages as well. A little about my style of nannying, I consider myself very patient, gentle and attentive. I like to focus on being attentive and empathetic and listening to the needs of the child. I love to engage and play with them but I also think it is important to step back and allow the child to learn to play independently as well (with appropriate supervision). I am eager to learn and adapt to whatever is needed. I am willing to do light housework and preparation of meals and love to have clear communication and expectations from the parents. I am CPR certified.
