Ever since I can remember, I've always had a passion for working with kids. I started babysitting for my neighbor's kids when I was around the age of 14 and have been babysitting various families every since. During the summer of 2013 I was employed at a sports program for kids looking to learn and develop skills for a certain sport while also learning life skills. I was a youth coach mainly coaching a group of about 10 kids varying from 3-8 years old. During the summers of 2014 and 2015 I was a nanny for an 9-year-old girl and 7-year-old boy. I was responsible for their day-to-day care as well as ensuring their safety and engaging them in various activities. Aside from those experiences, I am now currently employed at Little Minds Learning Center in River Falls where I work part-time as an assistant teacher. I have worked there for about a year and a half now and have worked in every classroom in the center, from babies as young as 6 weeks to 5-year-old toddlers.
