Im experienced with newborns and children up to the age of 12. I have taken care of families who only had 1 child as well as families with 3 children. I have twin experience as well. If you need a great sitter families please don't hesitate to reach out to me! I promise you wont be sorry! Take Care and I look forward to hearing from you. Best, Aja(Asia) Thank you for reading about me and I hope to hear from you soon! **All of my experience listed under job experience I was a Nanny however on this site it only allows you to choose a position once then you must choose sitter, doula, etc. as I have done so. Hayley was very patient and kind with our nine month old as he is adjusting to meeting new people. He was having a difficult time not being with mom but she did her very best to calm him and was able to get him calm enough to nap!

I recently moved to Hugo after living in South Dakota for many years. While there, I consistently babysat for a family with five children, ranging in age from a newborn to 10 years old, multiple times a week for four years. I’m currently a senior in high school and truly miss spending time caring for kids. I’m available Monday through Friday starting in the early afternoon (about noon), and I’m also free on weekends. While I’m not currently CPR certified, I’m more than willing to complete certification. I have experience with children of all ages, with a special love for babies and toddlers. I’m comfortable with meal preparation, diaper changes, homework help, and engaging kids in crafts and playtime. I’m excited to combine my creativity and love for children in a part-time nanny role or as a babysitter for your kiddos!

Avamarie has been an absolute gift to our family! She has cared for all of our children over the years and truly has become more like a big sister than a sitter. She is calm, steady, and incredibly patient, even in the middle of busy after-school transitions. She has handled school and daycare pick-ups, prepared snacks, helped with homework, and kept things running smoothly in our home. I always feel at ease knowing the kids are safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. What sets Avamarie apart is how engaged she is. She plays, listens, organizes activities, and meets each child where they are developmentally. She’s wonderful with all ages, but our younger girls especially adore her. The excitement when she walks through the door said everything. Avamarie brings warmth, reliability, and maturity beyond her years. Seriously! She has such a good soul! She has been a steady, positive influence in our children’s lives, and we are so grateful for the time we have with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

After my "journalism" career (too many ad agencies and a faltering book industry), I began working with children, the elderly, and pets. Being a trusted, reliable presence in their lives provides a life balance that I enjoy, and utilizing a care provider with a good attitude is beneficial for everyone involved. For a few years (until I broke my arm skiing on too much ice), I worked part-time as a CNA (Cert. Nursing Assistant), but began spending more time as a substitute for teachers and paraprofessionals in local schools. When Covid came along, I teamed up with a family who wanted to keep a close watch on safety for their premature baby. I was lucky to find a temporary position that allowed me to return to this family to care for their second child, who is now in pre-school (I still babysit on their "date nights." I have raised two sons, one diagnosed with ADHD and the other with Asperger Syndrome (a high-functioning form of autism), conditions that often swim in the same genetic pool. I played on their strengths when offering activity choices to them, and today they are both doing well as young adults following their own career paths. When my children were very young, I taught Sunday school to grade-school-aged children while running a licensed in-home childcare center. I love to do individual outdoor activities that match the weather, although walking my shared Corgi must happen regardless of temperature or precipitation. I tend to eat very well -- my goal is to retain as much of my physical, spiritual, and mental health as possible. I love sharing this knowledge with little ones and helping them to grow into who they were meant to become.

Hi families! I am a recent graduate from the University of San Diego, now living back at home in MN until grad school. I was a communication major but looking to go into Speech Pathology post-grad. I have 7 years of experience babysitting but also have a brother with pretty severe special needs, so I have always been a caretaker in some way! I love being interactive and doing fun activities. Can't wait to meet your family!

Hi! I’m currently a senior in high school, planning to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene. I became a certified babysitter at age 12 and have since cared for more than five families. Along with babysitting, I work another job on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and some weekends, but I can adjust my schedule when needed. I’m very family-oriented and have loved being around kids and pets for as long as I can remember. Becoming an aunt has also given me hands-on experience with babies, which I’ve really enjoyed. I’m patient, reliable, and comfortable with all kinds of personalities. I have my own car and love staying active, so keeping up with kids comes naturally! I’m excited to not only have fun with your kids, but also to help them learn and grow.

Christine is absolutely incredible! She would take videos and pictures of our daughter so we could see her smile during the hours we worked. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a nanny.

Hi! My name is Kate. I am 39 years old. I live in Oakdale, MN, and I have 3 boys. Luke, my oldest, just turned 18. Matt is 9, and Logan is 5 years old. Now that all my boys are in school, I have some open time. I was a teacher for 14 years. I taught private kindergarten, first, second, and 3rd grade. I was A stay at home Mom for 6 years. Now I have decided to fo back to school to be a paramedic and am currently enrolled in school. 90% of it is online and at my own pace so I can work around any time I am needed. I absolutely love children. One of my favorite thingd is is to see a child learn something for the very first time. The smile they get when something first clicks with them is the best moment with kiddos I think. I have taught many kiddos and I have loved them all as if they were my own. There are so many fun teaching opportunities every day I try to take those moments to really show the kiddos how proud I am of them! Being silly and laughing having fun is also very important A dirty kiddo is one who had fun and played hard (don't worry Moms I'm good at cleaning up to! Lol) We have a golden retriever her name is Rosie she is a crisis response animal sometimes when bad situations happens like school shootings, mass shootings, natural disasters, hospital visits and nursing home visits we will get dispatched out and we hop on a plane and go help out and share the love and support of a golden to help people feel better. Our rosie girl just turned 10 so we don't travel far as often anytime unless there was a big need for ALOT of Goldens. Our group is called LLC K9 comfort animals if you want to take a peek at our amazing pups across all 50 states!! If you think I sound like a good fit for your family and needs I would be thrilled to chat and meet your family! I look forward to helping local famlies!
