Hello! My name is Julia, I’m 30 years old, and I was born and raised in Minnesota. I’ve been working as an independent nanny for the past several years for a few families. I have experience with a wide array of ages and ability levels, from infant to teens. I most recently was a nanny part time for a family with three boys under 4 years old. Prior to becoming a nanny, I worked as a direct support professional and independent living skills counselor in a group home and in community based settings. I worked with individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses and neurodivergent individuals, helping them learn life and coping skills. I have also worked with children with autism and Down Syndrome during my time as a nanny. I am very contentious about safety, and am fully vaccinated against COVID. I have ten plus years of child care and related experience and am CPR and first aid trained. I have also taken child development safety courses including SIDS and head trauma. In my free time I enjoy photography, arts and crafts, gardening, and spending time with my fiancé up north anywhere near Lake Superior. I would love a chance to talk with or meet you and your little one/s! I hope to hear from you soon! Julia

I became a certified babysitter for the first time when I was 11. I have always loved children, and as an adult I began working with preschool aged children professionally 10 years ago, when I worked in an infant room at a kindercare while earning a certificate of Montessori Education. Ever since I have worked in preschools, day care centers, nannied and babysat children, from ages 0-10. I love observing each child's special interests and following these to help them learn more about the world. I have experience with twins and potty-training. I currently work at a local preschool with toddlers, 16-36 months olds.

Hello!!! My name is Jaylen and I’m greatly known for being a very loving, kind, energetic and attentive nanny. I chose this lovely career or mine because I truly have a passion for working with children of all ages and contributing to their happiness, growth and development while creating and maintaining beautiful lasting bonds. I literally have a front row seat to watch a child blossom into their own uniquely beautiful person and get to be apart of that journey. I love it. My experience started with helping my single mother care for my younger siblings, she’s always said I’ve had a gift for it and from then on I went from watching her friends children, to being a certified babysitter in my teens and eventually becoming a daycare assistant teacher, after school teacher, solo lead teacher at a Christian school for a class of nine pre-k students, and eventually went on to be a nanny. I have 5+ years of experience caring for ages newborn-10 years old. CPR + first aid certified. I love being very active with the children I care for, from story time, arts & crafts, super fun indoor learning activities, nice walks, playgrounds or outside activities via parent approval to children’s museums, aquariums, pet farms, picnics etc. I’m very comfortable with transiting to activities, pick up and drop off, light housekeeping, meal prepping, laundry, date nights and more.

Hello, My actual address is in southern MN, but I spend at least 2 weeks each month caring for my 22 month old granddaughter. I retired early after spending 38 years as a special education teacher. Nine of these years were in a school serving k-2 grades. I worked 21 years as an Early Child Special Education teacher in that same school district. I continue to have my teaching degrees that include both elementary education as well several licenses in special education along with my Masters Degree. I have taken several CPR and first aid classes over the years and would be willing to get re-certified. I have had two different background I am looking for a part time nanny position for 1- 2 infants/toddlers. I am open to other options but would prefer to spend special time with one infant. I am looking for a very flexible schedule that may/may not include some joint times with my granddaughter. Typically I am free all day on Tuesday’s. I am also open to nannying after 6 pm, over nights, weekends. It really needs to be flexible; yet planned so that I can accommodate my own family time. It I am open to ideas you may have as well. I have worked as a personal care attendant for a young girl for several years. We continue to stay in contact with her. She and her dad even spent Christmas with us a few times. I grew up with 8 siblings on a small farm in southeastern Minnesota, attended Luther College after graduation, and then earned additional degrees at Mankato State University and later my Masters Degree through St Mary’s University. I love spending time with young ones; engaging them in various types of play and activities that are age and developmentally appropriate. I know my schedule could be a problem, but am open to brainstorming options. A part time, evening, or weekend nanny position would be a good fit for me. I typically have Tuesdays available. If I know ahead of time I can be more flexible. Honesty and integrity are high on my list of qualities. I believe in open communication and am very intuitive to the needs of babies and young children. I love to plan and brainstorm new activities to do with young ones and try to include all of the areas of development. Little ones are definitely my love! I have had 2 different background checks via two agencies and so thus haven’t wanted to do that option here. Both checks were good! Thank you for considering me.

I’ve been a nanny/sitter since I was 15 years old! I started working at the YMCA daycare at 16, I was there up until COVID. We looked after children as young as 6 weeks to 10 year olds. In addition to working at the daycare, I’ve nannied for 3 different families and also worked as an art instructor at LifeTime. I have renewed my CPR/First Aid/AED twice so I am certified!
