Hello, I’m excited to be applying for this job. My name is Madelyn Haywood but I usually go by Maddie. I’m 22 years old and in December I will have two Bachelor science degrees in Criminology/Criminal Justice and Crime Scene Investigation. I went to Nursing school for a year but decided to take a break partly for my mental health and also because of COVID. My whole life I have loved children and grew up babysitting my 6 cousins lots of times as well as my own special needs brother. My cousins were aged 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, and 6 months when I first began in high school. The oldest child is special needs and needs extra care such as tube feeding. I also grew up with a special needs older brother who could not talk or walk. I would always play with him/entertain him, help clean and change his diaper, and help feed him. I always put others first in my care and care about their comfort and feelings. He passed away unfortunately, but he had such an impact on me and my heart. my name is Chloe I’m a 19 year old female I currently work at Hannam law Monday and Friday. I love children I’ve always grown up having to watch over my younger cousin so I have experience with what you would describe as difficult children lol and I have family members with special needs the I have watched over also. I’ve baby sat for people in my neighborhood and growing up I learned to love watching children. My sister is a behavior therapist so I’ve learned a lot from her and me and her watch a young boy names Owen on the weekends he’s taught me a lot of patients considering he has more challenged than other children because of his autism. I’m looking for another job and I thought being a nanny/baby sitter would be a good fit because I feel like I’m good at caring for all types of children with high energy, low energy, special needs, and not only that I could argue that every kid I’ve ever watched would ask me to watch them again in a second.
