I have a Bachelors Degree in Child Development with Birth-Kindergarten Teaching Licensure from Appalachian State University as well as an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Cape Fear Community College. I completed my student teaching semester in a Kindergarten classroom at a charter school and an internship at a Bilingual Montessori school. I have interned in both the infant-toddler room and the preschool room at a Reggio Emilia inspired lab school.

Hello! Im an upcoming senior at Appalachian State University studying Physics/Astronomy. I have a pretty flexible schedule due to having earlier classes, which means I have the perfect availability for sitting or nannying! I've always enjoyed caring for kiddos ever since I was a kiddo myself. Growing up with a lot of little cousins, I became very comfortable with changing diapers, play time, feeding, putting them to bed, etc. For the past three years, I have also worked at a summer camp in Lake Norman as both a camp counselor (2022) and a camp leader (23/24). My experience accelerated while working there.
