I have been with them for about 3 months, and with my previous family for 5 years! Before nannying, I worked in various centers, specifically focusing on infant and toddler care. I have some credits in early childhood education, and I am willing to be re-certified in infant CPR/first aid/SIDS. I am also willing to go through background checks, and have no issues with cameras in reasonable locations. As a childcare provider, I am attentive to infants needs, and am able to keep them on a reasonable schedule. Typically, I will keep a daily baby diary with feedings, diapering, sleep, and activities noted. I like to keep open communication with the parents, as I believe the nanny positions are always smoother when the three of is are on the same page.
