Hi there, my name is Kwamesha but everyone calls me Miss K. I am 20 years old but can shape shift to any-age child to gain a new friend. Many may describe me as very creativity and engaged to fun activity when it comes to children. I am a non-smoker and anti-drugs. I am very good child and have no criminal record, or any bad record at all. I've had 4 years of childcare experience working at a daycare/learning center with all ages from infant to 10 year old with all types of allergies and sickness. I have been caring for children in some capacity my entire adult life and decided to make it my career about 10 years ago because I wanted to make my own happiness my goal in life. And being around the infectious joy of children seemed like the perfect place to do that. I’ve worked as a nanny and also in a daycare classroom but far prefer private childcare setting. Daycare classrooms make it so hard to meet the needs of the individual. I maintain CPR and first AID certifications as well as safe sleep, SIDS and prevention of maltreatment of children. I believe in a gentle disciple approach and that children can be given firm boundaries and consistent correction without ever having to be hit or using harsh discipline. We learn through play in the environment around us. And I believe in building confidence in kids through letting them explore their own mistakes in a safe space, helping them learn through them.
