Sitter bio Hi! My name is Rose and I am 24 years old. I love kids and have taught swim for 2 years from ages 4 months up to adults. I currently help with a family of a 4 year old and 23 month old and have for 9 months. I love animals and am very good with them and people alike. I am super quick on my feet when it comes to problem-solving. I genuinely thrive on chaos and it’s pretty hard to overstimulate me. I am also very artsy and love doing crafts and educational projects with the little ones. If I'm not doing a puzzle or building a fort, we're playing hide and seek! I grew up in the tech era, but had plenty of play time away from a screen and I know the importance of that. I really strive to stay off my phone and keep the babies away from the screens. The family I currently help with can attest to my thoroughness and overall loving spirit. I will protect your children with my life and treat them like they are my own! My schedule is very flexible and can always be worked around. I am certified in first aid and cpr and am more than willing to send you those documents. I know you’re nervous trusting your child with a complete stranger, you’re supposed to be! Let me ease your worries, it’s genuinely something I love to do. I expect being vetted thoroughly and meeting you and your family before committing to anything- your comfort is my top priority. My rate is set at what it is because of how hardworking and caring I am. Closer you are to my home and the older your children are, more willing I am to lower it. I’m very honest and communicative and would love to hear from you! I am also the definition of an open book and not afraid of personal questions!!

She was so sweet and our baby immediately was comfortable with her, she provided updates frequently and completely took away the stress of being away from my baby for the first time. She did so many fun activities with our baby as well and it really helped us be able to go out for the first time and have a date night out together

Jewels is great with our 5 month old daughter. She engages in educational play with her, takes her outside to enjoy the sunshine and the weather, and keeps detailed notes of her day. She's extremely conscientious of our goals for our daughter's development and is a dream to work with from a parenting perspective. 10/10 would recommend Jewels.

Hello! I am Jordyn. I am 40 years old and I live in Zebulon with my husband and our 3 dogs. My husband is a night Nurse and is currently attending school to be a Nurse Practitioner. I have many years of babysitting/full time nannying experience but most recently I have been waiting tables and watching dogs and cats on Rover. I had to quit serving tables as my mom was very sick for 4 months and I lost her in February. The love I have for children and animals I got from her. To me, they are what makes life worth living. They don’t care about what you look like, or if you say something silly, it’s about the energy, heart and fun you bring to the table. I miss the innocence of childhood and being around kids reminds me of those good times. I also am an Endometriosis/Adenomyosis activist and am organizing a rally for more awareness and funding for both diseases. While I am a fun, creative and silly person, I am incredibly responsible. I am safe almost to an obsessive degree and I truly understand that not paying enough attention for one minute can be the difference between life and death. I check that doors are closed and nothing dangerous is around religiously. If I am lucky enough to be given a chance, I so look forward to taking care of your children(and pets!) If you would like to see my Rover profile, please let me know!

Jordyn has been caring for my kids since my son was a tiny newborn. As a first-time mom working late nights as a waitress, I was constantly stressed and exhausted, but she truly put me at ease. There is nothing like leaving your baby for the first time and feeling completely confident they’re in loving, capable hands. She gave me that peace of mind from day one. Now that I’m a mom of two, she has continued to be such a huge help in our lives. My son is autistic, and finding someone who truly understands that every child is different and needs patience, flexibility, and attentiveness is not easy. Jordyn has always met him with calm energy and genuine care. She takes the time to understand his needs and meets him where he is. As a special-needs mom, that means everything. My three-year-old is the opposite and naturally shy around most people, but with Jordyn she completely comes out of her shell. She laughs with her, plays with her, and somehow manages all that toddler energy in the best way. Jordyn handles both personalities effortlessly, which is not easy to find. She is incredibly communicative and dependable. She keeps me updated with pictures and videos, cooks dinner, follows our routines, respects my expectations, and approaches everything with professionalism and kindness. She has even helped with our family dog, which just shows how responsible and well-rounded she is. I trust her fully with my children, and I don’t say that lightly. Any family looking for someone who can handle newborns, special needs, and high-energy toddlers while bringing warmth and stability into their home would be lucky to have her. I will continue to use her whenever I can, and I’m truly so grateful for everything she’s done for our family.

Hi! I’m an experienced childcare professional and mom looking for a nanny position of approximately 30 to 40 hours per week, while also being open to occasional babysitting opportunities. I currently work as a Kids Academy Supervisor at Life Time Fitness, and because my schedule is flexible, I’m looking for a consistent nanny position that would allow me to bring my 8 month old daughter with me. I have several years of experience caring for children in both private and professional childcare settings. I previously worked as a nanny for the same family for three years, caring for their daughter from the time she was just 3 months old until age 3. I left that position when I had my own daughter. That experience gave me extensive hands on experience with infant and toddler care, including feeding, naps, developmental play, routines, outings, and the day to day needs that change as children grow. My professional childcare experience also includes a high school internship at Harps Mill Creative School, working as a substitute teacher at Cardinal Charter Academy and Thales Academy, and working at Life Time Fitness as a camp counselor, gymnastics instructor, art instructor, and now Kids Academy Supervisor. These roles have given me experience working with children across a wide range of ages, personalities, and developmental stages. I am CPR certified and am completely comfortable completing background checks and providing references. I have reliable transportation and am happy to assist with driving, school or activity transportation, children’s laundry, meal preparation, tidying, and other household chores as needed. As a mom myself, I understand how important it is to find someone who is dependable, attentive, patient, and genuinely comfortable caring for your child. I would love to find a family where my daughter can accompany me and where I can become a consistent, trusted part of the family’s routine.
