Hey Hello! My name is Kailee Walsh, I live in Denver CO with my husband and our sweet puppy Luna! Currently I am working full time as a Nanny in Greenwood village but I am looking for some baby sitting jobs on the weekends. I graduated from Lesley University in 2018, Majoring in Art therapy and Child studies. I have been working with young children ages 0-5 for eight wonderful years. When I was 16 I trained as a teacher’s assistant in a preschool setting, where I began to learn how to support children and their growth. At 18 I become EEC certified and ran my own toddler classroom for two years. For the past four I have been Nannying with kiddos between the ages of 2 and 7. My work with children is so important to me, it is my calling, I cant imagine ever working in another field. I know how difficult it is to be a child. You have little control over any of the things that happen to you, your brain is in constant development, and you are just beginning to navigate a huge and unpredictable world. Prior to teaching 3rd, I was a "Pod Teacher" for 12 students in Amesbury, MA from 2020-2021, and a graduate student while working as a 1st grade teacher from 2019-2020. Before my teaching career, I was a nanny and I absolutely loved it! The last family that I nannied for I met in February 2017 before graduating with a bachelors degree in Spanish from Saint Michael's College. The mother and father had a 15 month old daughter and a son on the way. I began nannying for them full time (Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, sometimes weekends, sometimes traveling on vacations with them). When I began my journey to become a teacher and pursue a graduate degree at Merrimack College in 2019, they fully supported me. This family has become a 2nd family to me, and I to them. Hi! I’m Kim Peacock! Im looking for a part time babysitting/nannying job! I’m currently a preschool teacher (teaching 4-5 year olds) at a child care center near my home. For 2 1/2 years however, I was teaching in the infant/toddler classroom and decided I wanted a change! I’m interested in beginning my “Elementary Education” degree while still working in preschool! I took a two year (1 h 1/2 a day) course and earned my Teacher of Multiple Levels certificate! This experience allowed me to work and volunteer at several different schools around the sea coast! I’m interested in babysitting for a little extra cash around the house as well as added experience on the side of my teaching! Im CPR/First Aid Certified, “Teacher of Mulitple Levels” certified, CACFP certified (Food Preparation), Water-play certified, SIDS: and Prevention of certified, and have over 45+ continuous hours of certifications with the papers to prove it! You see, working with children has always come naturally to me ( even in the words of my UNH instructional coach whom I worked with for 6 months). Using this little gift of mine is one of the things I love most! I’ve always known I’ve wanted to teach! Even teaching teddy bears and dolls as a toddler myself! Im 21 years old, live in Dover with my long time boyfriend, and love to do things like crochet, do random arts and crafts, and paint! ( I’m cool I swear). Im often out with my friends or around UNH with my boyfriend while he finishes his bachelors degree!
