I have babysat/nannied for the last 25 years both part time and full time. I graduated in 2006 from Framingham State College where I majored in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. I taught preschool for 3 years and have nannied since.  I have experience with children of all ages, and have taken care of up to 5 children at a time. While I was in college I babysat for about 15-20 different families in the Framingham area that have children that range from newborns to 13 years old. I have also babysat for many families in the Tewksbury and Plaistow area that have children that range from newborns to 10 years old. Hello, I am a mom of three children ages 12, 11 and 8.  My children are all in school full days now and I am interested in helping families part time (mother's hours).  I am available from about 8:30 -2:00 depending on the distance I need to travel.  I am also available to provide overnight care for newborns/infants. I am a certified teacher who left teaching after the birth of my third child to be home with my family.  I love working with children!  For the past several years I have really enjoyed my work as a postpartum doula.  I work to help families adjust after the arrival of a new baby or babies.  I have worked with families having their first baby as well as expanding families who just need an extra set of hands.  I have experience with multiples as well as special needs infants/children.  I help the family with siblings, light housework, laundry, breastfeeding support, and of course infant care if mom just needs a rest. I have a lot of experience with babysitting from ages <1 year to around 12 years old! I have also had experience with tutoring kids around the 9-13 years old which gives me good experience to help with homework, etc. I am a rising junior at Boston University studying neuroscience and am looking for some part time work. I recently had a gap semester where I spent most of it (32 hrs a week) nannying for two different families (one boy - 1 y/o and the other family 2 girls - 2 and 4 y/o) and I really grew to love the work and the kids so much so I’m hoping to find that here as well! I love working with kids and really enjoy the work I have been able to do with them in the past which makes me very hardworking on the job and fun for the kids!

Although I enjoy tending to children the most, I can also do some light housekeeping, nanny, pet watch, meal plan, and travel wherever I'm needed. I have taken classes in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy helping children learn and grow through books, flash cards and educational toys.
