Hi, I’m Mel! I’m currently looking for a part-time nanny or babysitting position and will be available to start with one month’s notice. I’m based near Linden and open to positions within about 8 miles (excluding Staten Island). I’m 29, CPR/First Aid certified, and have over 13 years of experience in babysitting and nannying. My experience includes caring for infants, working as a mother’s helper, and caring for multiple children, including twins. I’m very comfortable with energetic kids and enjoy creating a fun, engaging environment through activities like arts and crafts, reading, and creative play. I’m reliable, punctual, and naturally attentive, and I take pride in making both children and parents feel supported and at ease. My rate starts at $24/hour and increases by $2 for each additional child. If driving is required, gas reimbursement is expected. I offer paid trial days at $23/hour. References are available upon request. I do require a one-month notice before transitioning to a new position, to ensure the family I’m currently working with has enough time to find a replacement caregiver.
