Jamie’s Bio

Hi there! I've been a full-time nanny for almost 10 years in the Denver area and am relocating to New Jersey with my military husband in December. I've been with my current nanny share for over 3 years, but have worked for over 150 families in the area and love what I do! I currently care for a 3 year old girl along with two 18 month old girls every week day and most weekend with now-11-years-old triplets, but before them have worked with mostly multiples, premies, severe special needs and medical needs. I've cared for children with Angelman's, OCD, feeding tubes, varying degrees of deafness, etc. I've taken children to appointments and participated in all sorts of ABA therapy, exposure therapies, medication schedules, seizure control, you name it! Meeting all these life-changing little ones and their families has completely shaped my life and quickly changed my dream of being a teacher to working much more closely with families with these issues as a career. I'll finish my B.S. in 2014 and then pursue graduate programs to hopefully work with these syndromes and families long term!
