I have had 5 years of taking care of siblings starting when one was a newborn, and the other was a toddler. I have been with the same family throughout those years. I believe in being engaged with kids, having fun, and also learning. I love to see the kids grow over time. I believe that following a schedule and having structure is most beneficial.
