Hi, my name is Malu and I am both a parent and an experienced educator. As the mother of a 4 month old, I understand the needs of little ones and strive to create a safe, nurturing environment. I am ideally looking for a position that will allow me to bring my infant with me. Before becoming a parent, I taught middle school in California and prior to that I worked as a substitute teacher with children as young as four, which has given me strong skills in patience, communication, and adapting to different personalities and needs. I also have experience tutoring all ages from pre-k to adults mostly in math and sciences, so I would love the opportunity to help with homework or studying! I enjoy spending time with children, keeping them safe, and finding fun, educational ways to keep them busy and happy.
