With only 3 years of experience in child care, I feel like I’ve been doing this for a decade. I recently worked at a daycare so I have a lot of experience watching multiple children of different ages at once, as well as having experience nannying 3 foster siblings with learning and behavioral disorders. I began working with children at the age of 15. I was a Counselor in Training at a sleep away camp. The following two years I worked as a Camp Counselor at the same camp.
