Hello there! My name is Elizabeth Cameron, and I have my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University. I am applying to doctorate programs PhD this fall, because I want to become a child psychologist. I have worked in several day cares such as Happy Hearts, Little Learners, and New York Sports Club. I have worked with infants to children thirteen years old. I was also a camp counselor at Camp Kiwi, for several years. I have worked with children with Autism, and children who have mental health issues at Four Winds Hospital. The mental disorders were depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and schizophrenia. I have always wanted to work with children and adolescents, and I feel that it is my passion.

I received my Master's Degree for Elementary Education. I interned and student taught in Darien, CT. I taught in Kindergarten and absolutely loved it. I currently teach at an elementary school in Mahopac.  I've been working with children ever since I was 13, whether it was babysitting or working at a day camp. I worked at a day camp for 3 summers and worked with children ages 5 & 6. I hope to teach Kindergarten or 1st grade in the future. I've worked for several different types of families in the past.
