Hi I’m Sophia! I’m a grad student currently attending SBU to get my MBA! I just graduated in 2025 with a Bachelors of Science in Business and Psychology. I am American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid certified for Infants, Children, and Adults. I’ve had 5 years paid experience in childcare starting as a mother’s helper, to babysitter, to nanny. Over the past 5 years I’ve worked with several different families. I started working at my university’s child care Infant-Toddler Room in January 2022 in which I assist with taking care of 15 children ranging from 3 months to 3 years old! Through the daycare, I have acquired several different types of skills through mandated trainings, like allergy awareness and safe sleep. I have travel nanny experience with two different families caring for their infants (6mo and 8mo). I also have a handful of families that I occasionally babysit for! I'm very creative and passionate about art, I love to think out of the box and come up with new crafts and developmentally appropriate activities!
