I am a warm, educated, highly experienced, and hard working Nanny, who adores children. I have been working with children my entire life first as a school teacher, then a tutor, then finally, for the last 25 years -- as a family Nanny.
I graduated from Teacher's College in Moscow, Russia. I have a wide variety of interests and educational approaches. I have a musical background. I have knowledge of popular children's songs and games, arts and crafts (to develop imagination and fine motor skills), and other activities -- such as libraries, museums, and sports.

I am writing to recommend our lovely nanny for another family.
Marina has worked for us since September (and is still working part time until she finds the right place). We hoped to have her with us for a longer time. However, with a recent addition of our grandmother in the household, we will no longer need Marina’s services.
Marina is a warm, wonderful person. Incredibly clean, patient, respectful and polite.
She found a rapport with both of our children immediately. She is very organized – she always has a plan of activities – what to do at a playground, what to learn at home. She knows an incredible amount of educational games, rhymes, puzzles. She makes learning fun, which really made a difference for our son. He, a 3-year-old now, knows all his letters, names 20 different shapes, all the colors, and counts to 30.
Additionally, Marina is very creative and musical. They sing songs together, create things, draw, paint – all the things my daughter loves.
Marina potty-trained both my son and my daughter in 2 months.
Moreover, Marina is very open, and very smart. She can discuss with the parent anything of concern. Offer solutions, or follow your instructions to a tee. You will know right away that your children’s safety and health is of the utmost importance to her.
I truly hope that Marina will find a good position, where all of her warmth and experience as an educator can shine. I, myself, learned a great deal from her!
We love her and will miss her dearly!!
