I’m a childhood education major college student with a genuine passion for caring for kids, bringing three years of babysitting experience with children of all ages, specially infants to 12-year-olds. I’m creative, adaptable, and always ready to bring fun, learning into any home I step into. With a strong background in planning engaging activities, helping with homework, and smoothly adjusting to new routines or environments, I aim to make every child feel safe and supported. I’m also great with pets, can drive to any location, and handle school pickups or drop-offs with ease. If you’re looking for someone who truly enjoys helping kids thrive, I’d love to be that person for your family.

Hello. My name is Brenda and I live in East Greenbush. I am looking for an opportunity as an educational aide/tutor or to provide child care. My experience includes providing child care and tutoring for many families. I also worked with HVCC students at the Disability Services Center for one year after college. My duties included helping students who needed special accommodations or assistance to take tests and exams. I am a responsible, easygoing, and positive person who enjoys spending time with children and watching them learn and grow. When I visit my family, I spend a lot of quality time with my young niece and nephews. They never want me to leave, which makes me happy and sad. If you think I would be a good match for your family, feel free to contact me.

Ellen was our nanny for right around a year. She was fantastic! She got along so well with our son, and I loved working with her. I worked from home while she was working with us, so I really got to see how she interacted with our son. She watched him from when he was about 6 months old until he was about 18 months. She took initiative in taking him to play gyms and the library during the long winters and to the park during the nicer months. She could get him to nap even when he was severely jet lagged or when we spent all weekend messing with his sleep schedule. She was also super flexible if we were late coming home or staying after hours if I wanted to go out with friends. If we hadn't moved away, we would still be using her whenever possible!

Norine was wonderful with my 5 children and they all had great things to say about her. We felt very comfortable leaving our children in her care and hope to work with her again. She has great communication and understanding, patient and kind and able to keep them focused. They especially loved her cooking..which is great since I don't regularly cook. :)

My name is Melissa and I have over 30 years experience caring for children of all ages (newborn - 14 years). I have had the privilege to care for children in private homes as well as in daycare and after school settings. I truly enjoy creating fun and creative activities that encourage individuality and imagination. I am also a licensed veterinary technician in several states and have been first aid, CPR, and MAT certified. I do not have a background check on here since I am licensed in NYS. This allows you to look me up on the NYS Office of Professions which is updated regularly and will show any misconduct or criminal activities if I were to have them. I currently have the pleasure of helping to care for my 1yr old grandson and my 2yr old autistic nephew.

Hi! I'm Cadence, and I'm a student at Pace University studying early childhood/childhood education. With four years of nannying experience, I've had the pleasure of working with both special needs and neurotypical children, as well as in an after-school program for a special needs school. I'm passionate about creating engaging, fun, and educational experiences for kids, and I love spending time outdoors-keeping up with their energy is one of my favorite parts of the job! This summer, I'll be living in NYC and am looking for a full-time nannying job once my college classes end in May. If you think this could be a good fit, message me and we can set up an interview. I'm happy to provide references upon request. Looking forward to connecting with you!

Hello! Thanks for viewing my profile. I am a caring and reliable nanny with over 5 years of professional childcare experience, and I’m also a mom myself. Being on both sides — as a parent and as a caregiver — has given me a deep understanding of how important it is to feel your child is safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. I work with children of all ages, from infants to school-aged, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which has strengthened my understanding of child development and behavior. I naturally follow a Montessori-inspired approach: encouraging independence, hands-on learning, child-led exploration, and a calm, respectful environment where little ones can thrive. I love creating a safe, fun, and engaging space where kids can learn, grow, and feel confident. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, and I always prioritize safety while also making sure each day includes activities that are enriching and developmentally appropriate. Families describe me as dependable, patient, and trustworthy. I value open communication with parents and truly enjoy building lasting relationships while being a consistent and positive presence in each child’s life. Looking forward to connecting soon!
