My name is Cynthia. I am married and the mother of three boys, ages 6, 5, and 12 months. For the first four years of our boy's lives, I cared for our children in our home. The first three years of a child's life are invaluable and my ability to be with them during these critical years is one I will always be grateful for. Our day consisted of lots of outdoor play, trips to local parks and reserves, art and reading. Above all it was important to me to involve my children in the simplicity of the day. Everything that we did was used to feed their whole sense of self. From going to the farmer's market, library, hikes, or even gardening at home, my children thrived when they were involved in experiencing the day with me. When school age approached, myhusband and I enrolled or boys in a local private school that we felt best suited the learning style and curriculum that we had been implementing in our home. Due to the healthy rhythms and activities that were familiar to our children, the transition was seamless. I began nannying as my children started their journey at school. I was left with the desire to start this process again. My strong belief in the importance of children being at home from birth to age three overflowed into my newfound career. I have been honored to work for two incredible families in the last four years. I have watched their children grow and developed lifelong relationships with them. I am looking to begin a new journey with a family; one who shares the same love of child nurturing that I do. I prefer to nanny from your home to ensure a consistent environment for your child/children. Healthy foods, minimal screen time, and outdoor play are some of the fundamentals that will drive our daily routine. Some of my parenting techniques include: "RIE" as well as "Lifeways Childcare Providers." I am currently working on my Lifeways Child Care certification. I have a daily rate which includes gas for travel and cost of activities. I have annual memberships to Stan Hwyett Hall and Gardens, Akron Zoo, Hale Farm, The Museum of Natural History and Loyal Oak Lake. I am CPR trained and certified. I offer light cleaning, shopping, laundry, meal preparation, school/ activities transportation, and play dates. For your benefit and mine, I ask for a four week trial period. During this time we can determine if I am the best fit for your family.

I have 2 nieces and a nephew that I adore. Being around children gives you a fresh perspective that is needed within adult minds. I used to work at a daycare for about a year with kids ranging from month old babies to middle school children. I volunteered for the zoo and helped with the zoo camp. I also was able to teach a couple lessons to second graders. I used to tutor high school students and help them out with their homework. I also used to babysit and value outside time to play.

Through the two daycare facilities I’ve worked at, I’ve taken many classes on childcare and child development. Hello! My name is Morgan Vitanza, and I have a lot of experience caring for children at various stages, from newborns to toddlers to school-aged kids, as I have an 8-year-old daughter myself. I’ve worked as a nanny for two wonderful families. With one family, I cared for a 6-month-old girl and a 2-year-old boy one day a week. My day typically involved arriving around 9am, feeding breakfast, engaging the kids in play, putting the baby down for her nap, and using that time to tidy up. After the baby woke up, I would prepare lunch, take the kids outside for some fresh air, and enjoy walks and outdoor playtime. With another family, I worked every Monday and Friday, caring for three children, ages 2, 5, and 7. I would arrive at 7:15am to feed breakfast, get the oldest on the bus, and take the little girl to preschool. While the 2-year-old napped, I would meal prep, cook, and do light housework. Once the 2-year-old was awake, we’d do arts and crafts, color, paint, and go outside to play, whether it was chalk, swings, or a trip to the park. In the afternoon, I’d pick up the girl from preschool and get the older boy off the bus, where we’d work together on homework in a fun and engaging way, using flashcards and reading to make learning enjoyable. The parents would arrive home at 5:15 I would go over my day with the family and then I would head home. I’m patient and adaptable, always striving to create the best environment for children to thrive. I’m outgoing, reliable, and trustworthy, with CPR certification, reliable transportation, and car insurance. I’d love to meet your family and contribute to your child’s growth and development!

Hello! I am a mother of a 7 year old cutie with autism and I love caring for people of all ages. I am certified in CPR/BLS and have 8+ years experience working in the nursing field. I work with special needs; or people with physical/mental disabilities. We are currently learning ASL and Japanese. When it comes to kids, I love reading, games, fun outings and crafts! I can assist with homework and do pick ups/drop offs between parents or schools. I have a brand new Graco high back car seat for toddlers/children 50lbs-110lbs for car pooling or errands. I am fully vaccinated, as required by the hospital I worked for. I am more than happy to help care for your sick child, or help out when you are home sick. As far as housework and cooking goes for nannying positions, cleaning and organizing are my stress relievers so I am more than happy to help your family with both. I really look forward to meeting your family. References will be given upon request. Ask me anything!

I am a high school graduate with four years of babysitting/nanny experience. I have a deep love and a heart for children. I currently work with as a full time nanny for a four and six year old, but will need another full time position starting early September going through the school year. I am CPR and First-Aid certified and have experience with children from infancy to to preteen, but am hoping to care for toddlers/infants as they are not in school. I am patient, understanding, and have a servant attitude. I am also big on stern discipline while making sure every child still feels loved and cared for. I also love encouraging children's imagination and curiosity while helping them learn, grow, and most of all, have tons of fun. Feel free to contact me if you think I'd be a good fit for your children!
