My name is Cynthia. I am married and the mother of three boys, ages 6, 5, and 12 months. For the first four years of our boy's lives, I cared for our children in our home. The first three years of a child's life are invaluable and my ability to be with them during these critical years is one I will always be grateful for. Our day consisted of lots of outdoor play, trips to local parks and reserves, art and reading. Above all it was important to me to involve my children in the simplicity of the day. Everything that we did was used to feed their whole sense of self. From going to the farmer's market, library, hikes, or even gardening at home, my children thrived when they were involved in experiencing the day with me. When school age approached, myhusband and I enrolled or boys in a local private school that we felt best suited the learning style and curriculum that we had been implementing in our home. Due to the healthy rhythms and activities that were familiar to our children, the transition was seamless. I began nannying as my children started their journey at school. I was left with the desire to start this process again. My strong belief in the importance of children being at home from birth to age three overflowed into my newfound career. I have been honored to work for two incredible families in the last four years. I have watched their children grow and developed lifelong relationships with them. I am looking to begin a new journey with a family; one who shares the same love of child nurturing that I do. I prefer to nanny from your home to ensure a consistent environment for your child/children. Healthy foods, minimal screen time, and outdoor play are some of the fundamentals that will drive our daily routine. Some of my parenting techniques include: "RIE" as well as "Lifeways Childcare Providers." I am currently working on my Lifeways Child Care certification. I have a daily rate which includes gas for travel and cost of activities. I have annual memberships to Stan Hwyett Hall and Gardens, Akron Zoo, Hale Farm, The Museum of Natural History and Loyal Oak Lake. I am CPR trained and certified. I offer light cleaning, shopping, laundry, meal preparation, school/ activities transportation, and play dates. For your benefit and mine, I ask for a four week trial period. During this time we can determine if I am the best fit for your family.

My husband has the car for work and his work is far away so ** I am looking for someone who is willing to drop their child off at my home and I can watch them here. I already have books and puzzles, toys and a set up with that stuff. I am going to be setting up my second bedroom up as kids play/ learning room and try to get a nap area set up in there. I want to get the ABCs and colors and numbers set up. Fun finger plays and songs and actives projects adventures ( I have a pretty big back yard) Implement the things I was taught going to school for early childhood education and working in a daycare and preschool in my home. If this sounds like something you are okay with. Please message me. I also will send pictures and updates through out the day! Like I said if this sounds like something that interests you, please message me. Also if you are willing to pick me up and I am close enough to your house then that's an option too. th Thank you and I hope you will consider me. If not me, I hope you find the right match for you and your family!** I have several years experience as a preschool teacher and have completed coursework in child development. Also nannied for many years babies to toddlers. The most recent in my home from 11 months to 3 yrs old until she went off to daycare to grow her skills in socializing with other children. If you would like more details, message me with questions :) I can watch 1 to 2 children no more than 25-30 hours a week at my place. Possibly 40. If you are interested feel free to message me!

Hello! My name is Morgan Vitanza, and I have a lot of experience caring for children at various stages, from newborns to toddlers to school-aged kids, as I have an 8-year-old daughter myself. I’ve worked as a nanny for two wonderful families. With one family, I cared for a 6-month-old girl and a 2-year-old boy one day a week. My day typically involved arriving around 9am, feeding breakfast, engaging the kids in play, putting the baby down for her nap, and using that time to tidy up. After the baby woke up, I would prepare lunch, take the kids outside for some fresh air, and enjoy walks and outdoor playtime. With another family, I worked every Monday and Friday, caring for three children, ages 2, 5, and 7. I would arrive at 7:15am to feed breakfast, get the oldest on the bus, and take the little girl to preschool. While the 2-year-old napped, I would meal prep, cook, and do light housework. Once the 2-year-old was awake, we’d do arts and crafts, color, paint, and go outside to play, whether it was chalk, swings, or a trip to the park. In the afternoon, I’d pick up the girl from preschool and get the older boy off the bus, where we’d work together on homework in a fun and engaging way, using flashcards and reading to make learning enjoyable. The parents would arrive home at 5:15 I would go over my day with the family and then I would head home. I’m patient and adaptable, always striving to create the best environment for children to thrive. I’m outgoing, reliable, and trustworthy, with CPR certification, reliable transportation, and car insurance. I’d love to meet your family and contribute to your child’s growth and development!
